Wow! This place is HUGE! I walked around for a few hours and still didn’t make it around the whole thing! Impressive place!

Concord Mills is a mall only in the literal sense and that’s one of it’s positives. Yes there are many stores here that vary from clothing, home décor, food, jewelry, a movie theatre to LEGOs however this place feels cheap, almost like a fraud pretending to be something that it’s not. I don’t mean to sound harsh but that’s the reality for me… this is an outlet mall. The prices here aren’t much better than what you’ll find at a department store, the selection of clothing varies from store to store where some stores truly do sell surplus items to some stores that sell only clothes made for an outlet. Getting to this outlet is a traffic hassle sometimes and the parking is craaazzy but that’s to be expected.
I don’t want to make a general statement about customer service since there are so many stores however I do notice that the stores that I’ve been to haven’t had the best customer service probably because the employees seemed to be overworked and underpaid in dealing with all of the foot traffic. The mall is very clean and that goes for the bathrooms also and the food court is huge so you could shop, eat and shop some more. I don’t notice security too much, so I take it that crime is relatively quiet here.
All is not lost in Concord Mills, like I said they do have a movie theatre, AMC Concord Mills 24 which is nice. I wouldn’t recommend this outlet mall to people who live more than 30 minutes aways because there are better alternatives like Carolina Place Mall, SouthPark, and Charlotte Premium Outlets.

Pretty good mall. The décor is a bit cartoonish and garish. The traffic in and out of the parking lot is heavy. Even in the parking lot people are racing around like they’re at NASCAR practice. Really like the selection of stores; the complex is pretty damn huge. The usual suspects like American Eagle, Gap, and Banana Republic. Plus some unusual nuggets like Lego, Vans Outlet and Books a Million. Giant multiplex, Sea Life Aquarium and tons of restaurants around.

I know people say that all malls are the same, but they really aren’t, this mall I’d bigger than what I’m used to and the outlet stores in here are great. The Aquarium is also very nice for the kids.

Concord Mills is the largest Value Center in North Carolina. There are great Attractions, Outlets and Retailers to enjoy. The best part being its all under one roof & air conditioned unlike many other value centers.
AMC 24-​Which now has McGuffin’s Bar & Lounge for in theater drinks & cocktails is great along with the IMAX theatre. SEA-​LIFE Aquarium, Dave and Busters and The Speedpark are all unique to Concord Mills. The Food Court is undergoing a mini renovation and has opened 5 new restaurants: Salsaritas, Villa Italian Kitchen, South Philly Steak & Fries and Green Leafs Salads/​Bananas Smoothies & Frozen Yogurt. Burger King Express & Firehouse Subs are open as well! There are three more Food Court Restaurants under construction/​Coming Soon.
The center is renovating all of its restrooms and they look like something from a Hotel more than what you’d expect from a mall. Check them out in the Food Court. There are several new stores, Francesca’s & Vera Bradley for the Ladies and Samsonite is coming in for us who love to travel. There are always great deals @ Gap, J Crew Factory and Brooks Brothers. LEGO & Disney Store Outlet keep the Kiddos busy! I strongly suggest using the new 485 loop to visit on weekends instead of 85. The Mills Malls are always busy on weekends. Get there early! A great place to enjoy a day of shopping!

Good thing there is SO many places to eat around the mall as the food mall is 50% empty. Half of the places available are your everyday places you can get anywhere. And the ones they do have are a little high dollar.

When all else fails, go to Concord Mills! You’re sure to find it there! I love that they now have a Torrid. Even though it’s not an outlet store. Be warned, it seems most stores in Concord Mills are not Outlet Stores. So be prepared to see full prices. They literally have a bit of everything you need covered. Traffic is a Zoo though. But I always drive to the back and park instead of parking at any of the front entrances or near the Theatre. It can be crowded back there as well but not nearly as busy as the front of the mall. Also another tip, when driving from the back of the mall, if you cut through the Dennys, there is an exit back to the main road there as well, instead of going to the light. You’re welcome :-)

Its a mall.
Some might say high end mall, but to me it more of a fun mall. A rather large mall with outlet shopping too.
Besides just the movies there is the aquarium or bumper cars type speedway (NASCAR) here too. They also have jumping spots for patrons to bungee jump.
Great theaters with first run movies.
Bathrooms are great and security is on point, parking is a plentiful. I don’t go here too often, because I don’t like crowds and there is no apple store. But its a great spot for just hanging out in the mall as kids seem to like to do.

Concord Mills is denoted as an outlet mall — however it still has many of the same stores you would find in any regular mall with those stores carrying their current product lines. I had a professor who once told me that this mall is the biggest tourist attraction in the Charlotte area (I’m not sure if that’s true or not). But it definitely attracts a crowd. Holiday time is always crazy as well as any time there is a race going on down the street at the track.
The stores here are great! Many of them are on the newer side or they have recently undergone remodels. The stores on average are probably a little bit bigger and carry more stock than your average local mall. But they can also get a lot messier and harder to find what you’re looking for — so it’s a trade off. The anchor stores are not your average department stores (belk, macy’s, etc) but instead you have stores like Bass Pro Shops and Best Buy.
The mall itself is a big loop but the food court in the middle is also a cut through so it’s like a figure 8. The food court has plenty of different options for a quick bite, some sit down, or there’s always the restaurants that line the outside of the parking lot!
Concord Mills recently opened up an aquarium in the mall! It also has a go-​kart track and mini golf outside! A great place for dad to go with the kids while mom shops all day!

Great store selections, great prices! Each store we went to had great deals going on (40% off everything at AE, 50% at j. Crew, but one get three free at Pacsun) so I got to stock up on some much needed items. Also, this mall has an aquarium! Only $ 12 a person if you buy tickets ahead of time online for afternoon or evening and you can come and go as you please for a few hours with a hand stamp. Overall fun atmosphere, great store selections for everyone in your party, and a great shopping experience!

This place is huge and probably has every store you could ask for. Parking and traffic is a nightmare on weekends though. Be prepared to wait a while. Good exercise if you just want to walk for miles protected from the elements ;)

The Mills chain of malls are huge. Owned by Simon, expect it to be clean and with a good variety of stores, with a wifi signal that usually works and plenty of parking. Organized like a figure 8, you can start anywhere, shop on both sides and just going around in the circles until you’re back where you started. Probably with a lot less money but tons more stuff, eh?
Food court has the usual staple of chinese, burrito and pizza. Plus a sushi (unexpected) and a sit down Chili’s.

I think Concord Mills is great. They are a typical Outlet Mall experience… HUGE selection of stores, a ton of parking, and a variety of restaurants in the food court. Since this is an Outlet a lot of the clothing selection is not going to be the latest and greatest, it might be older styles but still of good quality for a great price. They have over 200+ stores, there is literally something for everyone and that is not an exaggeration.
If you want to take a break from the shopping madness you can always hit their AMC 24 movie theater, go karts, ice-​skating, mini golf, the aquarium or Dave & Busters for the arcade, need I say more.
Actually 1 more thing, like other reviewers said on the weekend it can be a nightmare, but you need to find the right time to go, like when they first open or during the week so it can be an enjoyable experience. Happy Shopping!

They have almost everything you are looking for rom Michael Kors to Saks FIfth Outlet.
The movie theater is a pretty good size and servicewise. Now, the only thing is the food court. It is a bit funky. It’s not the shops. Maybe it’s the lighting and the shape. It’s a dark vast open area that makes you want to leave asap.
But, I don’t leave asap because there’s always a silver lining. Lotus! I think that’s what it’s called. I just remember where it is and go straight to it. Great General Tsao chicken. Love it.

I heard there was an Old Navy outlet here so I was very excited to come check it out. I live in Greensboro so it’s about an hour from me. Concord Mill itself is pretty decent. A lot of stores, big food court, and a movie theater are included here, but the old navy store is definitely not an outlet. Certain things are on sale but not the entire store. They may have more sales going on but I’m not considering them an outlet.

Like many other Mills malls, this one is HUGE. It is a 1.4 million-​square-​foot behemoth filled with a 24 screen + IMAX theater, dining options, and tons of retail/​outlet/​factory stores.
This place is a zoo on weekends. Filled to the brim with tourists looking to score some bargains. I would recommend avoiding it… If you want to shop without the crowds, go on a weekday.
Let me tell you a little secret about factory stores… Executives have gotten wise to consumers looking for a good deal. These companies actually create specific items to sell exclusively at factory stores (lower quality = lower cost). Banana Republic, Coach, Eddie Bauer, Gap (and many more) are all guilty of it… If you are looking for bargain deals on full price merchandise (likely from last season), go to a true outlet store (TJ Maxx, Off 5th, etc).

Outlet mall is a stretch with the exception of a few stores. This is more of a really big mall with a lot of stores! The range of stores is almost overwhelming but so awesome! The crowds are almost unbearable on the weekends and make getting from store to store a bumper car experience.
The stores are all really big and have a lot to offer. The food court is amazing and has wonderful options (including a chilis!!) parking as others have stated is way better on the back side of the mall behind bass pro shop. There is a ton to do here and can be an all day activity if you have the time!
