Established in 2001.

We have been in the carpet cleaning business for over 30 years. We started out as a Chem-​Dry franchise. In 2001 we decided to specialize in area rug cleaning. Our business has done very well since focusing on just rug cleaning.

What has improved since the change was our ability to pick up and deliver rugs. We get to our customers on the same day they call and they really appreciate that effort.

I grew up in Concord and worked my way through high school cleaning carpets. I never thought I was going to make a career out of cleaning carpets and rugs but it just worked out that way.

Lucky for me I had the opportunity to purchase a Chem-​Dry franchise. This worked out well because they gave me excellent training and taught me how to market my skills.

After several years cleaning carpets and rugs I decided to specialize in area and oriental rugs only. I have become an expert in delicate cleaning techniques and use this knowledge on rugs that need special attention.

I chose the service from the previous review. Chuck readily met me to pick up the 2 small area rugs. Though the price ($ 280!) was more than I paid for the rugs (should have been my first clue), I still handed them over. They were to be ready in 2 weeks. When they were delivered, they were professionally rolled and encased in plastic. However, when I unrolled the first one, there was grit inside the bag and it left grit all over the floor. The rug was better before it was taken for cleaning! When I called to ask what happened, Chuck first said it had been in previous water damage (which it had never been) but then asked to make it right. After being out of the area for a time, I called him back today for him to follow through. He still said it had been in water damage, and there is nothing for him to do! I was surprised and now feel had. I want to deal locally but this was a big mistake on my part.

What a great rug cleaning service! I called and talked to Chuck about getting my two rugs cleaned. He was happy to help me with a quote and a few questions I had.
He offered to pick up my rugs free of charge so I went ahead with his service.
Chuck was very delightful upon meeting him. I had high expectations. These rugs were spotty and a few stains I didn’t think we;re going to come clean. Well I was wrong as both my rugs looked like new when Chuck brought them back. Chuck did a great job and I am very satisfied with his service.
