Brought it in for a brake and rotor check. They did a comprehensive inspection at no charge. As it was an older car that hasn’t had any work done since I bought it, they found several other problems.
They were honest, upfront, and even came down on the price for repairs.
I would definitely recommend them!

Today I went for new tires and an alignment. This was my first visit and I’m very happy with the service. I was helped by Jim who is very friendly and knowledgeable. A friend of mind had called to find out pricing on the tires and they quoted the best deal.

Want to confirm the glowing reports regarding this tire dealership and Jim who is mentioned here often. I have a vintage Jag whose tires were also vintage. Took it to a well-​known tire place who did not carry the Perelli (sp) tires and he suggested the Discount Tire & Wheel on Monument Blvd. Bingo. No up selling. Instead down selling. Outstanding customer service. And best of all old fashioned integrity as was once the norm in America. As a woman, we are often targets for the automotive industry. My first stop was at a «BIG» tire place where I was pitched some horrid scare tactics. «I would not want to drive next to you on the fireeway with those tires! etc. etc.» I felt major upselling and left. Trust Jim to do a fair and honest job. His wife brings in coffee and cookies ea. morning. Get the picture? Integrity and building a credible business with trust.

Jim is really honest and pricing is fair. They really try to accomodate customers. They are limited in their extensive mechanic work, but as far as tires go they are the best. It is their after sales service that really wins them customers for live.

The people at discount tire are really professional and extremely nice! They were courteous on the phone and when I arrived at the shop, they remembered who I was and what I had called about. I had 4 wheel alignment done at their shop and with their coupon, it was cheaper than the competitors in the area. They also offer 12 month/​12k mile warranty on their alignment services so that also beats their competitors.
The shop itself is good, they got a tv, wifi, coffee, water and snacks, exactly what you need for the 45mins sitting there. I’m definitely bringing my other vehicles there for alignment and tire services in the future. Thanks guys!

The first thing I should state is that I drive a 1996 Geo Tracker, not a vehicle that mechanics get excited to work on when it rolls up. I love my car and have no intentions of selling it or dealing with shops that tell me it is a money pit. Jim and Anthony at Discount Tire get that. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure my car is SAFE to drive at a price I can afford.
My first experience with them was about two years ago, when I was shopping for tires. I went in and they quoted me the best price I could find, I didn’t even tell them I was price shopping. I went ahead and had them replace all four. My brother-​in law had done the brakes and cross threaded the lug on the front tire. Jim showed me the problem and his his guys replaced the bad bolt. He hunted around until he found the correct replacement part. It took a few hours to get one, but at least it is fixed the RIGHT way.
I will post again with the follow up visit.

There aren’t very many places as you all know that I give a five star rating but this place is fantastic. I had a flat tire and only had enough money to get a used one. Anthony an employee there was awesome. He found a solution to my issue to get me back on the road. More employee should care as much as this guy does. It’s been my 3^rd visit and happy every time

These guys are the place to go for tires. Great prices and good service. I did get my breaks done here but the breaks were still squeaking after. I’d stick to just tires when doing business here.

Number one place to go! Especially if you are a woman and other shops treated you like you are dumb. I came here one day when I really needed tires then I found out they do other repairs and I refuse to go anywhere else! Everyone is so nice several times I was picked up or dropped off if my car was being serviced. I freak out easily when it comes to my car and they calm me down they are very professional and no matter what I leave with a smile. I really feel that my car is in good hands. Thanks guys!

Walked in today, no customers in the shop, two employees behind the counter… after 30 – 45 seconds of silence I turned around and left. Drove down to Americas Tire, 3 customers in the shop, 2 employees, as soon as I walked in «I’ll be right with you».

Look no further if you need new tires! I will never go anywhere else. Jim and his staff provide the best customer service. They went above and beyond. Prices were awesome! I was referred by a friend and I will keep spreading the word.

If you want your car to become an experiment toy for these guys take it to them. I request a refund and called few times and still pending. Take your car to a different place.
