I bought a set of tires here in June of 2014. It took them three tries to get them balanced. Even then it wasn’t perfect.
Since then I had been taking my to the Goodyear place down the road and having them balanced when I changed my oil. They had no problem balancing them.
Unfortunately I had my oil changed elsewhere today so I came back to discount tire to have them rotated. They took it upon themselves to balance them. It’s now shakes like you would not believe. The representative is here telling me that the machine says one tire is balanced. And that is all they can do.
At this point we are arguing about why my car drives worse than it did before I came in and what can be done.

I’ve been to this location a few times now and have been well taken care of each time. The tech’s are knowledgable and willing to spend the time to explain all available options. I arrived late for my appointment but they still got me in and out within an hour to install 4 new tires.
I’ve been a long time customer at Discount Tire with their commendable service and free tire rotation/​balancing for the life of the tires. We’ve move around quite a bit (Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, North Carolina) and there has always been a DT close by.
This location is great due to its proximity to Concord Mills. While your car is getting worked on stop over and walk around the mall! It’s good people watching at the very least.

I recently needed 4 new tires and after researching a few tire companies, I found this place to be the least expensive with great reviews and they are super fast! I was in and out in no time and they offer coverage if anything should happen to the tire… sweet!

Best place to get tire! These guys are awesome! They installed my tpms sensor I bought online for under $ 20 when there competitor turned me away. I just had 4 new tires put on today and they had the best price plus a $ 75 visa gift card!

They offered the best rate on tires in the area. They even match a price if you find something lower. I originally went to Sears but they were overcharging. The service was fast & friendly! I was so happy they had my tire in stock. They are conveniently located outside of the Concord Mills Outlet Mall, so you can shop while you are waiting for your vehicle.

It’s perfect location right outside of Concord Mills. I was shopping for tires and I didn’t wanted to spend too much since I was planning to sell it but I needed a good set of tires for my Honda Prelude. I did my homework online and I stop by at the DTC to see what kind of price they are offering and come to find out, it was 40% more than what I found online. So I asked the guy to see if he can match the price for same tires online? I said you can check the print out I brought and talk to your manager. He said I am talk to the manager and not only he matched the price but he gave me heck of a deal on brand spanking new set of tires. I was happy camper since they installed it for free and gave me lifetime rotation and balance.
