So there are two of these kiosks at the mall, upper one is mainly for purchasing phone cases, screen protectors, & other accessories whereas the lower level kiosk is for phone repairs.
Both guys at each kiosk were super friendly and attentive. Didn’t feel like they were rushing me or trying to get extra money out of me.
Reason why I came here was because my iPhone screen shattered, and although I did think the cost was a bit pricey — I didn’t give it a second thought because the guy was super nice & he got it done in 15 mins.
I wish they would have a more secure place for phones when they were finished repairing them. When I came back for my phone, it was on the counter in a drawer thing that the guy simply pulled out. Should consider leaving it somewhere locked.

This review is based on first impression on a phone call. When I called I was greeted by a «hello» no name of company or anything. I wasn’t even sure if had called the right number cause it seemed so weird. Then I asked the guy how much it would cost to repair my iPhone 6 glass screen on top. He said let me talk to my manager then he came back and asked me all these questions and said it started around $ 3500… I laughed because I thought he was joking. Then I realized he was serious after asking him that it costs way more than what a brand new phone would cost? I repeated the number thirty five hundred and he said yes I’m serious. I was laughing in disbelief. I previously called GoMdWireless and they quoted $ 185 so I don’t know what this guy was thinking at this mall kiosk. I’ll stick to the other place that seemed a little bit more professional and far less expensive.

This Kiosk is located on the upper level of the mall, between the center of the mall and the JCPenney end.
They have covers, bumpers, etc for your smartphone, mostly Apple.
We got a protective cover for FaveRel’s new iPhone 6. We could have gotten a plastic shield for less, but we opted for the better and harder Glass cover shield. $ 30 includes installation. Installation was quick, efficient and well done,
For iPhone repairs, there is another kiosk at the same end of the mall, but downstairs
