GO Boston Shuttle

Waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, and then waited another 30 minutes for a passenger who never arrived. Van was unkempt and service unprofessional. It took a total of 90 minutes for a ride that should have taken 20 minutes. The money saved is not worth the extra time required. I WILL NOT be using this service to go back to the airport and suggest others avoid it as well.

Waited 20 minutes for pickup. Customer service never answered phone. Waited on hold entire time. Awful service

If I could leave negative stars I would. I booked my shuttle weeks in advance for a 3:15 am pick up had a 5:30 flight out. At 3:25 I get a call (well I was on cell calling Go Boston) stating they do not know when or if they will make it to me for a pick up. Leaving me with their suggestion of Über or call a taxi. I do not know of any taxis in my area open at that time. I have never Used Über so that was out. Luckily I did find a cab and just barely made my flight. It is now 4 days later and I have yet to see my refund. I will NEVER use again

Reserved in advance. Arrived at airport and used the app to notify when we had picked up our luggage. Waited outside in the cold over an hour and still no driver. Called and was told traffic was bad and driver on the way in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later still no driver. In the meantime watched tons of other shuttles come and go. Finally canceled and ended up paying more for another service that was available.
Hotel to airport, two shuttles were at door but were told that neither of them was ‘our’ shuttle and we had to wait for ours to arrive. Driver non-​communicative but did get us to airport on time. Ugh! Next year we’ll try another service.

I used these guys previously and it was a «decent» experience. It was about $ 17 to get me from the airport to the hostel. Now, I’m trying to get TO the airport and they’re now charging $ 30?! That’s ridiculous! I’m not paying $ 30 to share a dirty van with someone to be taken to the airport!
What a rip off!

I’d give it one star, but the driver was nice and tried to point out interesting buildings in Boston (though it was nighttime and I couldn’t really see anything).
I only chose this shuttle because the Boston Park Plaza recommended it. They should stop doing that.
I reserved online, based on when my flight was supposed to arrive. The website says that the shuttles show up at Logan every 30 minutes, so I’m not sure why I had to choose a specific time. My flight came in early, and I notified them. Their dispatch said the driver was on his way, he would be there in 10 – 20 minutes. I wasn’t the only one waiting for the shuttle.
Anyway, 20 minutes pass, I check the tracking again. Again, the driver has been notified, will be there in 10 – 20 minutes. All in all, I waited about 45 minutes in the freezing cold. I would have waited inside the airport, but I thought they were on their way, according to their tracker! The other people waiting gave up and took a taxi.
Please, don’t say you’ll be there within 20 minutes, and don’t say that the shuttle shows up every 30 minutes. Both are completely false.

I booked online via Viator for $ 24 1-​way ride & unfortunately it ended up being christmas eve in 2016! Rang the company & they lady advised me to buy a new ride for $ 17 as she couldn’t find my reservation. Fortunately she eventually found it for 2015!
The shuttle driver was allegedly there but I’ve been in the phone with her for over 10 minutes & I told her there was no shuttle. Anyway she said «he’s left»?! Things seem to be pretty magical with this shuttle business. Guess it’s better than being stuck in the airport on Christmas eve!
The new shuttle is allegedly 20 minutes away. Watch this space. Might need a ride with santa

The service is a bit odd. Drivers don’t seem to know how get to the airport. Car is dirty, stained and smells like a locker room…, seat belts were very uncomfortable, no grab handle to help when climbing into the van, and there was a «school bus» sign on the van when he arrived. On the positive side, reservation confirmation was easy enough, they were on time (although now meandering through town) and the driver was polite.

Well that was an interesting ride.
I was staying at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, and I asked the concierge if they had a shuttle, and they said they didn’t have their own, but they could arrange it with a local company. I said no problem lets do it the concierge made the call, and gave the company my credit card and was charged $ 17. which i guess is reasonable considering everything is expensive in this area of Boston.
The driver arrived right on time and helped me with my bag and he was nice enough and friendly. We had to make one stop to pick up another passenger that was heading to the airport. I didn’t think twice about it since I left plenty of time before my flight.
Well this is when it gets a little strange It became apparent that the driver realllly needed a new pair or glasses or something, he was having a really hard time trying to read a tablet with the address of the next passenger, which I could clearly read from the back seat. He called in for directions since his GPS told him what way to go but he didnt think it was right. I’m glad he made the call or we’d be driving around downtown Boston for hours. I do appreciate the sight seeing tour but I just wanted to get to the airport.
The driver was able to figure out where the next passenger was at, and he didnt seem to be able to read the address numbers on the doors so I helped guide him in to the address of the next passenger.
The trip to the airport from there wasn’t bad since driving in downtown is challenging on a good day, i was just glad to be at the airport and the hell out of that minivan.

The worst ride I ever took. Imagine arriving at the airport after a flight and waiting 30 minutes because your driver is late. Then driving around the airport for another hour because the driver picked up the wrong passengers and then had to drive around and drop them off again. All together I was in the shuttle sitting with my kids for 120
minutes instead of taking a taxi ride of 18 minutes from Logan airport to the city. Big mistake to use this service. Waist of time. Will never do it again

I want to share my awful experience with Go Boston Shuttle.
The shuttle had come 40 minutes after when I arrived at the airport. In addition the driver refused to pick me up even tough I had a reservation and let white people ride, who came after me.
The 2^nd shuttle had not come 30 minutes after and they didn’t pick me up. So I called the company and they told me to take a taxi.
I had never had an awful services like this when traveling in other cities in U.S. I would never recommend them.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I travel a lot for work and I’ve been in many cabs and shuttles. I’ve never been so afraid of a drivers driving in my life. It was jerky, slamming on the brakes so often that my bag kept sliding off and onto the floor. My seat belt stayed in the locked state and was cutting into my neck. I wasn’t about to take if off though. There was a mix up as to what hotel I needed to go to and when he stopped at the wrong hotel after I repeatedly told him that wasn’t where I was staying, he said «get out and take a bus». We all know how it is after a long day of travel and all you want to do is check in and rest your feet. Nope, I had to walk with my luggage to my actual hotel which for him would have taken 2 extra minutes to deliver me there. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
***Update… I emailed the company my experience and they refunded my fare which was the right thing to do and they gave a sincere apology. Hopefully they make some changes. I really didn’t expect to get a response, so at least there’s that.

It’s less expensive than a taxi, but waiting 45 minutes in the blistering heat is ridiculous when they tell you it will be 10 to 20. Van was pretty dirty and smelled really bad. Still on my way to hotel. Hope I make it. :)

So my driver was 15 minutes late picking me up from the airport last Sunday. As a result, I had to take an EXPENSIVE taxi ride to my hotel. When I called to voice a complaint and demand a refund, the person advised me that would happen but that my shuttle ride in a few days from the hotel to Logan would be free as well. After looking at my bank account summary, only one of the two charges was complimented. I just called them to ask for the second refund… while she did issue it (or said she would), she did not appear apologetic at the dismal service I received.
Avoid these incompetent liars. Take either a hotel shuttle instead or another service. If I ever return to Boston (likely will happen. Great city), I’ll go for another means of transportation from Logan

Got nothing to do in the shuttle right now so writing this review.
Driver arrived 20 minutes late, kept asking me if I was the name under someone else’s reservation and I kept pointing to my name saying, «no this is me, stop asking if the other person is me.»
Driver just stopped on the side of the road right now to enter addresses on the GPS when we’re right about to enter a freeway. Pretty dangerous with cars zooming by.
Wow, not even done typing this review and we’ve already pulled over again to wait for him to fix his GPS. Unbelievable!

Awful… late and mispromised and reserved night before uselessly. Driver was on the phone and lost and cursing.

On Sunday morning July 26 I was driving through the Sumner Tunnel at 8:24am. A Go Boston Shuttle #61 was behind me and to my right hand side. I was clearly in front of the Go Boston Shuttle. The driver beeped at me several times and made a move to get around me but there was no room.
As we started to enter the tunnel the driver fell in behind me and started flashing his lights, beeping and tailgating me. As there is absolutely no where to go I had to just keep driving. As we exited the tunnel the Go Boston Shuttle sped around me and continued speeding through the next section of tunnel.
This driver should absolutely not be on the road.

Should have looked at the reviews on Unilocal.I was a solo traveler trying to save money on a cab and this shuttle ran between my hotel and the airport at late hours. Scheduled a pickup for 3:45 am and they called to say it would be arriving at 3:55. Ok I can handle that. Well the 3:55 shuttle didn’t arrive until 4:25 am. Save yourself the trouble and either do the back bay shuttle during their hours of operation or just get a taxi.

My driver was extremely annoyed by the traffic as soon as he picked me up, and it was actually a very uncomfortable experience. He was mumbling and swearing to himself and of course I was the only one in the van, which is usually the best situation! This time it was not. I was really disappointed because I had heard better things about GO Shuttle in comparison to Super Shuttle. But my experience was absolutely awful.
My boyfriend booked a shuttle because i told him it was only $ 35 from our place in Waltham to the airport, and he recieved a text and email communicating that the shuttle would be AN HOUR late picking him up. When one has a flight to catch, an hour is quite a big deal. He never recieved an apology or any sort of incentive to try their service again. He took an Über instead and had a great experience with them.
I will not be using this service again!

The Sheraton Boston hotel site suggested GoBoston Shuttle as well as Back Bay Logan Express. I chose GoBoston since you could make advance reservations online and schedule pickups for $ 17/​person each leg. My flight landed in Boston an hour late due to a delay in Salt Lake City, so had to wait for my check-​in luggage, then wait for the next available shuttle outside, looking for the van with green lettering (as opposed to a green van).
My original pickup time was 4:20pm, got out to the curb around 6pm after the delays, then didn’t arrive at my hotel (after one other drop-​off at Park Plaza, shared van service) until a little after 7pm! There were other shuttles that came more frequently to the airport terminal associated with other hotels, and the weather was a little rainy, but we were definitely a full van of at least 8 people.
For my roundtrip, pickup was scheduled at 9:45am outside of Sheraton for an 11:35am flight, and I was able to pack my bags, checkout, and when I got curbside there was already a GoBoston shuttle van waiting but I wasn’t on that driver’s list of pickups. A minute later, another GoBoston shuttle rolls up and it’s pretty smooth sailing until the wonderful TSA lines at Logan. Wasn’t too cramped of a ride, I had one check-​in luggage and one backpack carryon with me, no poster tubes or anything.
