The ladies here are so rude! Cant stand coming here! Sucks this is the only skincare products! The Only reason why I am giving it a 3star is because the only person that gave me ANY kind of customer service is I believe her name is Billie… She was the only one that was trying to help me. Other then that. Guess we can’t just walk in anymore… We have to place our orders over the phone from Florida!

I’m sorry to have to write a negative review on this business but Everytime I come here I feel as though I’m bothering the employees if I ask any type of question. It’s ridiculous. If you are in a customer service type of job you need to be able to treat customers with respect. Also there is not one price tag on anything and most of the time they are out of what I need so that can be very annoying! Overall looking for another place similar because I’m not feeling like a valued customer when I walk through the doors of JaCo.

I love Jaco! I get all my spa supplies from here! Everyone is so extremely nice especially Michelle! I love her! The only thing I find strange is their establishment looks like it’s a double wide trailer from the 70’s and they still work off of a doss system which just blows my mind because it’s slow but I guess they save on overhead so as a business owner, I get it!

Online site really sucks! All that’s there is a ‘catalog’ page! I add items to my cart, but there’s no link to get to the cart and to checkout! I’d love to give you my business, but kind of hard when I can’t access these links. No ‘Home’ page, ‘Contact Us’ link… …NOTHING!

This is a GREAT place for PROFESSIONAL supplies. It’s rare that there is a distributor that you can walk into and walk out with your stuff. I do wish that prices were more standard and posted or some way to find out the price without having to ask. They have a sale once or twice a year that is pretty great, again, the whole no price thing is a pain. But really this is place is terrific and I’ll continue to go there.
If you are an Esthetician, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, this is your place!!!

Crazy how everyone’s experience is different. I had a very good experience and had one of the guys that work there helping me and answering all my questions. It was quick and I put in an order in the morning and i had it to me the next day. So, I would disagree with the bad service comments.

This is a wonderful family business. Everyone is so nice. I call in my orders by 4:30 and usually get them delivered by the next day. they will bend over backwards for you.
This is not some super spiffy (read expensive) retail store. This is a warehouse. But they let me wander and fill my basket and take my belongings away.
I just called in yet another order.

JaCo is a great family run medical/​chiropractic supply business. They have great service and are very quick with orders. I can usually call in and pick up items within the hour if it’s in stock. They also can ship to you within one day.
