I didn’t get why this place had bad reviews. My toddler had fun running around like crazy. I can understand its a busy, crazy, kid filled place and things could probably be hectic, but its where kids can let out their energy, get a quick snack, play some games, win a few cheap prizes and for the parent to rest assured once their done, they can go down for a nap.
I’m not sure if I would have my kids’ birthday here as it is pretty chaotic, but as long as the kids are happy, who cares.
Plus, parents are FREE!!! That alone is 5 stars. :)

Checked the hours online, went in the morning. Kids were excited. Got there and there was a piece of paper saying they would not open until 1 that day. Kids crushed and Mom pissed. Sent scating email about how unpofessional they were for waiting my time. They should offer a free pass for being such dicks. Guess that new management is not any better than the old one. Worse, even.

This place is the worst. It should be shutdown !! I found 2 razor blades on the ground near the play area and I picked them up with a napkin to show the manager and here come some teenager saying that she was the manager … She did nothing. I asked her to have someone go around and sweep the floors because they look disgusting and there could be more razors out there. Nothing was done about it. So I took my child and left. I will never come back to this place. If you truly care about your children’s safety, you wouldn’t come here. The bathrooms was another story but the most disgusting thing I ever saw. Pee all over the toilet and no tissue paper. There was plenty of staff standing around and even one guy had a blunt in his hand. it should always be well kept and stocked and just clean at all times, especially when children are present. It doesn’t take a lot to have someone stock the bathrooms and clean every hour and keep it up. But goes to show you staff is being lazy or they are trying to save money and not use supplies. I do not recommend.

The Jungle Concord is a dirty, unorganized, unsanitary, and disorganized layout for children. I bought my kids admission through GroupOn and I’m glad I payed only 12 bucks for two. This place also gives a depressing vide. If you want kids to have fun with clean place, bring them to lost world at Livermore. Please don’t bring your kids here

Took my daughter here for her birthday and she loved it. Tons of tunnels for the kids to go through. The staff was friendly and we got face paintings done by Sunshine who did a good job and was very nice. Food was reasonable, not any more then you’d spend anywhere else and wasn’t bad tasting. The girls played arcade games and loved the bounce house also. We are definitely going back.

Super disappointed. Haven’t taken my kids here in years. They use to love coming here. I will definitely not be back. It’s in desperate need of a HUGE renovation but more importantly deep cleaning. Infact, I’m surprised the Coco County Health Department hasn’t closed them down. Dirt, dust, broken down equipment to name a few. Management should be ashamed to allow kids to play in such disgust.

This place is a war zone. They have Aliens and Jurassic Park shooting games as well as air hockey but the rest of the kiddie portion of the arcade and prizes sucked. It’s Chuckie Cheese cross breeds with the McDonald’s playground, a disappointing combination. Your kids have to fend for themselves as you can’t see them to supervise. Rockin Jump and Pump it up are much safer and more active.

I purchase a voucher on groupon for this place! I Was expecting the place to be nice, clean and fun for kids and their parents. The place is Dirty, disorganize, nasty and no customer service at all. The games are so sticky and malfunctioning. The jungle gym was so dusty and dirty. There were socks laying around in all parts of the play area. The restrooms are so disgusting, dirty, no soap, clogged toilet. The tables are oily, sticky and shaky. I would never bring my kids back to this facility unless they renovate it and change owner/​management.

Omg I cannot even believe the service I got at the Jungle for my childs 5^th birthday. Never have I ever had a worse experience as a customer. From the gate it was complete disorganization and chaos. I should have known from the beginning when the girl left me at the check in table with the shoes container and bracelets how it was going to go. I literally put the bands on all my kids took their shoes and presents and went behind counter to put them on a cart with the others. Had to ask for the tokens they were not given to us waited at the counter for that. When it was time to go in the room we were greeted by our host. The pizzas came out on time and were good that is the only good thing I have to say. My host served the kids and left I did not see her again. I was waiting on cake after we ate she never came back into the room. So I told the kids to go play again. After I went to find her she said the guy was getting in the monkey suit. So I corralled the kids back in (which is hard to do) still no cake no monkey… The kids leave again to play this happened three times before I said F it ill get them in the room after they bring it. After 40 minutes cake comes in with monkey she drops it off sings happy birthday and leaves. No knife, no picking up pizza, no serving cake nothing and I never see her again at this point im livid. I go up to counter ask for manager shes busy of course so another party host tells me she will get a knife. brings me a knife we serve our own cake… I missed my son opening presents cause I went up front again to talk to manager while our party host is walking past the counter mugging me like she is mad. I could not believe it!!! Oh by the way we went and got our presents from the employee area cause the host never came back! After talking to manager they charged me for 189 party so I paid 200 instead of 450 but I shouldn’t of paid anything it was a joke! You come to one of these places to get a no hassle party that’s what you pay for and we got nothing but a hassle.
Worst part of all one of my guest slipped in the disgusting bathroom that had no wet floor sign and had to go to e. r and has a contusion in her back. She complained about that and a hour later I walk my son into bathroom and hear young disrespectful employee talking crap about my friend saying she was lying. The manager only said yeah I know and after noticed it was me walking in said oh you have to have a wet floor sign… a hour later!!! She went back today to get the managers information, a sorry anything and they wont give her a corporate or managers number said they will have him call her. She is pissed cant pick up her 2 year old. Does anyone know who runs this place or a corporate number we can call. This place sucks! I was expecting it to be «fun» for my kids and they where extremely bored. I will not be coming here again.

I decided to try this place out one rainy afternoon despite the bad reviews, wish I hadn’t wasted my money. Brought my 14 month old to the toddler area, it was filthy, tiles were loose or missing in the play house so I decided to leave. My 4yo nephew enjoyed the gaming area but I would not come back here. Ownership/​management needs to clean this place up it is truly disgusting.

Updating my review after coming here. This place is a fun place but they need to hire more employees. Today is veterans day, a day where kids are of from school and they are totally short staffed. They have only three people running this place and this place is packed! The reviews are true and this place is so dusty. There’s a sign that says pleaze excuse the dust. Honestly, I don’t know why this place hasn’t closed. All the reviews are of unsatisfied customers. The dust is so thick it must have been sitting there for years. Just hire more people to vacuum! This is unbelievable because I am sure they make tons of money from the arcade and the admission. They say it’s under new management but what is taking so long for the change?

The Jungle is getting a reputation for being a «gross» place to take kids. Friends of mine won’t go there.

We have been here numerous times. Today was the worst. Staff was friendly, I will give them that. The walkways between the play structure had carpet squares separated and lifting up, creating trip hazards and also was dirty. Floors and some tables looked dirty as well even though they just opened up for the day. The café area looks dated and old. The men’s restroom had an annoying light flicker with the sinks and urinals looking pretty bad. Tables and chairs not in the best shape as well as the floor. The men’s restroom door is propped open by a garbage can because the inside door handle is broken clean off. Looking outside there is a bunch of junk that nobody wants to see when looking outside. That looks like it is from another store though.
Overall unless this place does a complete renovation, we won’t be coming back.

I gave this place 1 star because it doesn’t let me give 0 stars. The first reason is a health reason. We bought some ice cream and it was gummy and obviously either old or had been left out and refrozen. It looked so nasty. I certainly hope that no children get sick eating the ice cream. Second reason was the owner’s disgustingly rude behavior and unprofessionalism. When I asked him for his name he states «I’m the owner!» So as I waited for my refund I opened up my Unilocal app. When he saw me do this he said «That’s not gonna do anything!» I said «excuse me?» And he says «you writing something bad isn’t gonna do anything because it doesn’t matter.» The guy in line next to me told him he couldn’t believe he was talking to a customer like that. He should be ashamed. The whole line of customers were all shocked at his terrible behavior. I can’t believe this place is run by someone so rude and unprofessional. I am reporting them to the health department as well as the better business bureau. I will make sure I write reviews on all social media and any available website because guess what Mr. Owner, it does matter! The way you treat your customers matter!!!

Just discovered this place, my two boys love it, it has a lot of tunnels and fun things for kids to do. The games are targeted more towards the older kids but there are a few for the under 5 class. The staff is always friendly and the kids always seem to sleep well after a couple hours at this place. I prefer to go on Sundays as the crowds are a little lighter.

Wow what a change. We have taken the kids here several time over the least few years. I do believe that this time will be our last. When we got there there really was no one there. We wanted to have some fun for my sons birthday. We were meeting family and friends. We noticed that the place was not as clean as we remembered. The floors were sticky, lots of dust and the staff seemed quite distant. We place a food order and the kids were off to have fun. We waited and we waited almost an hour for two pizzas. They apologized that they were short on staff and that the cook didn’t show up. We had people coming and ordered more so that the food would be there. The second order was over an hour. Some of our party left to go to a nearby Resturant. What a joke. Spoke to the manager and all she could really do is offer some passes and a refund. The entire visit was a complete disappointment. The ownership needs to take a good look if they really want to continue. They are asking for good Unilocal reviews and will give you a free visit. You need to get the place clean and work with your employees. I would suggest that you pass the next time your are looking for a place to take the kids. The day was quite disappointing.

I can not believe how filthy this place is !!! The bathroom (girls) is nasty !! The tables are sticky can someone please hire a cleaning person! Especially with the amount of money you charge! Clean up your act!

I remember this place being GREAT as a child. Then maybe 6 – 7 years ago I went back and it was still ok. I couldn’t wait to take my own child some day, I used to say! Until I did… about 3 weeks ago… and now I think to myself, why?! I took my tot for her 4^th birthday, and she had such a bad time that she was done with the place within 5 minutes. Not only was it janky as hell, it was dirty, too.
What was once a bright, fun and lively place to take your kids is now a sad, beaten up, grimy place. The carpets are coming up off the floor, and some of it is even missing. Dusting is not high on the priority list for this place. It was gross, plain and simple. The parents «quiet room» is no longer so, or, it was closed that day. You walk out feeling like you need to take 7 baths before you begin to feel OK again.
The staff was alright… took them a while to acknowledge us at first. I felt bad for the guy who had to deal with the woman who came there with her family, who was shaking and swearing at her child who wasn’t even 2 years old yet. At that point, the staff should not of let that woman in. Not only was she yelling at her own child, she was yelling at the cashier, and then continued on to say FUCK as she stormed away toward whatever kids party she was attending to. There were a bunch of kids right around her… that should be an immediate cause for removal of the facility. If you want to let trashy mouthed people around kids, then what kind of place are you running?
And not that you should be responsible for someone else’s child… you may want to have a staff member walk around the facility to make sure everything is going smoothly. You may have found what I did, a little girl, not even 2, just walking around the arcade with no adult around her, trying to climb the stairs. I stayed with this child for 15 minutes before her mother/​relative came and walked her away. Seriously? What is wrong with people!
We won’t be returning. This place needs to be revamped big time, with a good deep cleaning, new carpet, new lockers that don’t look like they were broken into, and the list goes on…
This place can be amazing again if they actually gave a damn.

I have been here once before and this was close to 8 years ago. I have always heard mixed things about this place and from what I remember 8 years ago, there was nothing special about my visit. The most recent time I came here was about a week ago. Brought my 2 year old daughter here and her two younger cousins under the age of 10.
We came here on a Saturday around 1pm, so as you can imagine, kids EVERYWHERE & birthday parties were being hosted here. The Jungle is on the side where Lazy Dog is and next to UFC gym. There is plenty of parking, which is probably the only good thing. The outside of the place is run down and needs to be updated.
As you walk in, it gets worse. The place has an awful smell and you can tell that it hasn’t been cleaned in AGES! The staff are basically high schoolers that don’t care about their jobs. The toddler section is bombarded with older kids that don’t follow instructions and parents who don’t care. The arcade games are ok but nothing special and not much of a selection. The play structure area is crazy dirty and wouldn’t want my child in there.
The café area was closed and only serving drinks and ice cream. Wait what? The floors where dirty and the people here, well we’re ghetto or weren’t really nice. The place needs to be cleaned, updated, new management and remolded. If you’ve never been here, save yourself the money (cos it’s not cheap), and go somewhere else! Trust me! I won’t be bringing my child here anymore!
