Business Owner
Bill M.
I started in real business since 1975. Moving to Concord, Ma. in 1976 we restored an old 1825 building here on Walden Street. It took us almost one year to finish and move in. Since then we purchased the attached building known as 6,8,10,12 Walden
We keep expanding out shop to eventually 5,000 sq. Ft.
We were at that time the largest gift shop in town.
However in 1992 I burned out. We closed this shop, sold the building and got divorced at the same time. My wife and I are still good friends.
At the same time I opened my own gift shop at 10 Walden The Concord Mousetap, were I am today. I went on-line in 1995 and my improved. Then In 1994 I wanted to sell art work, so I changed the name to Montague Gallery. I purchased bronze sculptures, by Daniel Chester French, Walker Hancock, Charles Grafly. I design my own rocking chairs, lamps foot stools. I also write poetry and my own books. Cheers! Bill
