Quest Limousine

I was fully intent on using Quest’s services for my wedding (May 28). I have been trying to contact them since ⁵⁄₁₃ and for 4 days my calls went straight to voice mail! I finally found a local phone number and that, too, goes straight to voice mail (voice mail full!!!)
I was calling to verify my reservation and to make sure they have addresses/​pickup times right, but since I can’t contact them, I am canceling my reservation! It is, in my opinion, highly unprofessional to have calls go straight to voice mail (and for 4 days at that!!!). Not using them ever! And they better not charge me for anything!

Update: Owner made a personal call to apologize (he had been out of town), fired the driver, and gave us a rain check for free future rides.
Apparently, if you are the owner of a Unilocal-​appreciated limo company, you’re not allowed to go on vacation… ever, because — once you leave — everything will fall apart.

Steve (the owner) contacted us and offered us a couple of free trips since their (former) employee really dropped the ball and stranded us the first time around.
I really appreciate it, and am quick to forgive, when a business recognizes it’s error and corrects it.
So, four stars for now and a fifth if the service is good on our next trip.

The owner of the company, Steve, called my maid of honor today to attempt to correct the situation. I’ve updated my review to two stars because atleast they are trying to attempt and remedy the situation.
I will update again (hopefully add another star or two) after the situation is entirely resolved.

WOW THEY DID IT AGAIN!!! WE USED THEM AGAIN. LOVED DAVID THE DRIVER. WHY WOULD ANYONE USE ANY OTHER COMPANY IS BEYOND ME. Limo best priced competitively. I checked over 10 companies and Quest was top choice and at the end of the evening they still were the top choice. Excellent communication. On time, or rather early :) Excellent, competent, classy drivers. Limo was beautiful and perfect inside. Upgraded for free! Well stocked. We even received a bottle of champagne just because! No problems whatsoever. LOVE THIS LIMO COMPANY AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN! Thank you Steve!

I used Quest Limo based on the reviews from Unilocal and once again Unilocal did not let me down, Steve was great and accommodating. It is nice to know there is a great local business to use for special occasions. I will definitely use Quest again.

WOW! So here is the story. It was my first trip with the girlfriend that we went away for the weekend. I had surprised her with a limo up in Napa to take us for the day to some good old wine tasting. Quest limo was my choice and what an excellent choice that was. Denice was our driver. Whomever was the person that picked up the phone when i told them what i wanted to do and sent me her made the day that much better. She was warm and very professional. I have Had limos before but this driver was high class. She knew just where to go and gave us such a great experience in Napa. Each and every time we went into a winery we were treated as if we were family friends of the owners. Denice really pulled through for me. My girlfriend told all of her friends about it. cant wait to use them again. When you need A limo make sure you call for quest limo and ask for Denice!

I booked this limo for my boyfriend’s big 25^th birthday bash and the whole night was perfect! I have planned numerous parties where limos were involved and these guys were the best yet! Our limo was brand new and extremely comfy. Our driver, Denise, was amazing, she was on time, early in fact, and extremely courteous. I definitely will be calling them again when my birthday rolls around!!!

These guys were great. They arrived on time and we got an upgrade because they were out of the other limo. Steve the driver was awesome and he worked to get us to each winery on time. We had no issues and there were complementary drinks for the ride. Awesome job!

These guys were great! Price was fair our driver was really nice and accomodating. We booked them for 10 hours on our wedding day 2÷14÷09. We reserved the 10 passenger stretch Nav and ended up with the 18 passenger hummer. It was a pleasant surprise.
I would definitely use them again for future engagements.

I decided that since a certain friend refused to plan anything for his Birthday I would step up and plan for him.
I knew right of the bat He has a love for Cabernet Sauvignon so I decided the place to go would be to Livermore to enjoy some wine tanking… i mean tasting. He had never been and it is a lot of fun.
The problem with Livermore is that while its close it sucks that someone always has to drive. If they drive they end up not having as much fun as the rest of us. The solution was simple get a limo. But where to start?
Unilocal of course. I got a lot of hits for places so I emailed a few and then did a Google search and found Quest Limo and asked for rates.
They came in as the cheapest quote I got for a 10 person limo and they even gave us an hour free. After talking with Steve there I had realized that we had 11 people and the 10 person was not big enough. So I booked the 12 person stretch van. It was still a good price and we got an hour free.
As the event fast approached I got word from a few friends that they might not be able to attend the festivities. This meant we had too much room and were going to have to cover the costs of those people.
I called Quest and asked if it would be possible to down grade the limo to 10 person and if so when would I have to let them know. They said the Wednesday before the event would be good enough for them. I told them I would in touch.
On Valentine’s day my friends let me know they could in fact not come, so Tuesday rolls around and I email Quest letting them know we only needed a 10 person limo and that our breakfast plans were going to run us a little late so we needed the driver to pick us up at 1130 and were not worried about the fact that we were loosing half an hour. At this point I just wanted to 10 person limo and to not have to worry about it anymore.
About an hour later I got an updated itinerary saying we were now confirmed for a 10 person limo (sweet) and they changed the time from 11 to 6 to 11:30 to 6:30.yup we didn’t loose any time they adjusted the time for us which was super cool. There was a problem however. The pricing was off we were quoted about 50 dollars less. So I replied back and asked if the price could be adjusted to the Quote. Moments later I got an updated itinerary with the lower price on it. Fantastic.
The day of the party we got our limo and it was actually bigger than a 10 person I guess their 10 person limo was booked so we got upgraded for the same price which was great. And the driver showed up 30 minutes early which was awesome.
I applaud this place for having great customer service. Steve took all my pestering in stride and helped out every step of the way. The response time from the company was great.
The pricing is competitive
If I am ever in the market again I will definitely contact Quest.
