I hired Russ to renovate our game room. A huge project. Russ gave us a reasonable bid, which was refreshing. When I had met with a few other contractors I didn’t feel quite comfortable with how they were going to approach the project. When I met Russ, I knew it was a good fit. He listened to what I wanted. Made some suggestion which I loved. And started the job. I am very happy with the end result. I would not hesitate doing business with him. We had hired someone else to put In our flooring, which was my fault. For some reason I didn’t think Russ’s company did that kind of thing. Shame on me for not clarifying that with Russ. Boy what an awful job. When I had Russ over for another estimate on a project I ask who would he recommend to finish out the flooring. THEY CAN DO IT. My bad for not listening. What a mess.

Russ and Manny are awesome, hardworking and honest guys who you can trust with your home. Russ turned our extra bathroom into a beautiful and functional laundry room and we are so happy. He was patient with us and went to several places, including IKEA, to help us get ideas and supplies for our space. His work is top notch! We recently purchased a new home and haven’t even closed on it yet but already had Russ & Manny out to do a bid for all the work we will have them do in our new home. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Manny rebuilt and extended a retaining wall on the back of our house on a hillside. He paid additional attention to ensure the job was done right and also fixed our French drain that was failing. He also waterproofed a storage area that was leaking and previous contractors could not find a solution for. His crew was very respectful of our property and time. We enjoyed working with Manny will definitely use him again.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for Russ and Manny for quite some time. They both performed work on balcony deck for our apartment building and few months back in Oct. and the end result was really amazing. Their communication via email and telephone was excellent and this was not my experience in working with previous contractors. The work was very extensive. They repaired water damage to the interior of the deck, replaced the entire flooring, securely mounted railings, repainted, and waterproofed everything. I really appreciated their patience when my dad made several suggestions and I really appreciated that they took photos of the entire job from start to finish. Their pricing was reasonable and the quotes were consistent to the industry minus a few very ridiculous quotes I’d received. The work performed was very meticulous and it’s clear that they take pride in doing a job well the first time around.
I still have a fence that needs to be put up, possible window replacements, and numerous other jobs to be completed on the apartment, and I plan to contact Manny and Russ. Thank you so much gentleman– it was great to meet you both and i look forward to working with you in the future as well!
