Robert Miller is a gem! He helped me find suitable tenants for my rental houses, and provided all the necessary contract document forms. Whenever I have a problem (or my tenants have a problem) I just call Robert and the issue — whatever it is – is resolved PRONTO! He has arranged everything from repairs to maintenance for me. I have lived in Robert Miller Property, they were an excellent property management co. Easy to work with, the move in/​out process was easy and quick. Only had one issue in the year I rented, but Robert was quick to respond. The property was well taken care of always. Overall great landlord!

I have known Robert on a consulting level for many years. He is as awesome and professional as they come. He is very knowledgable about home repair, construction, and the like. He is a true pleasure to work with and to learn from. His standards are high, he is very meticulous about construction and repair projects, and as a result his work is immaculate. He cares about his projects and tenants and with high enthusiasm will promptly attend to any issues that arise. With Income Property Investors and Robert you are in great hands.

I have had the pleasure of living in a Miller owner property for a couple of years. This by far has been the best renting experience to date. The home was in excellent condition upon moving in. I could tell right away Robert took pride and excellent care of his properties. When I have needed to call Robert for plumbing issues he was very responsive and quick to take action. It feels great knowing I have a landlord who is extremely dedicated to his properties.
I would recommend Robert Miller Investment properties to anyone looking to rent in the East Bay Area. Robert handles his properties in an extremely professional manner and it feels good living somewhere that I do not have to worry about being left in the cold or dark!

My husband and I rented a lovely home in Concord and our landlord Robert was excellent. He was always quick to address any issues/​questions we had and was super professional. The move-​in process and contracts were thorough and left very few questions unanswered. We even received receipts after we paid our rent each month!
The home was in perfect condition and we had very few reasons to call him out but when we did, he was there like a shot.
We moved out of state recently, otherwise we would have been happy to rent from Robert indefinitely.
