I go to this place and pay $ 8 for a burrito instead of the $ 4 burritos I can easily get elsewhere because I like their prawn burrito with a spinach tortilla. HOWEVER, due to the poor service they will never get a dime out of me again. I went this last Monday evening ten mins before their supposed close time and I was refused service because the guys who work their said they were«closed». I pointed out that they were still there before close time, their neon«open» sign was still on, and the doors were still wide open. I happen to know they close at 9 so it being 8:50 i ask them what time they close to see what they will say. The guy tells me a blatant lie(very rudely too) clainimg they close at 8:45. I say«8:45? I’ve never once heard of a place that closes at a random time like 8:45.» I then point out the sign on the door that clearly states they close at 9 pm. He then replies«You came after 9 anyway!». Wow. I look at my phone and tell him it STILL isn’t 9 pm, so it certainly wasn’t when I came in a few minutes ago.” Was still refused service. Bunch of douches working this place. Never again. After reading everyone else’s bad reviews of this place I see this is normal behavior for them and they obviously have management that doesn’t care. I’m sure this place will close down.

Garlic lime steak burrito is one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. When ever I want to veer off my diet a little I will eat here. I put this place as my 2nd most favorite burrito place which is just under Chipotle as my number 1. For this particular location and a majority locations my only complaint is that they tend to be kinda dirty. Or if anything the ambiance of this concord location sucks, but the good food makes up for it on most days. The environment affects the enjoyment of the food where ever I dine.

See, I used to go to 360 back in ’00 when it was 360… I always got the garlic-lime steak burrito with a tomato tortilla. It’s frigging deeeelicious. If you’re looking for real mexican food, by GOD do not go here — You’ll be sorely disappointed. If you want a tasty package of meat and garlicky lime sauce, go for the«Mediterranean» steak burrito, tomato tortilla. I inhale them in probably 7 minutes flat, and if they ever stop making my garlic lime fix, I’ll probably cry.

I wish I read Virgo M’s review before I went here, totally dead on. I thought I was walking into a 360 Gourmet Burrito joint but, once I walked in I realized that all the 360 insignia was covered with Christmas wrapping paper, I immediately had a gut feeling I was about to be screwed and was. What I was really pissed about was how expensive the food is here. Three mediocre burritos and a small-ass quesadilla was $ 35…WTF??? I could have gone to Baja Fresh and ordered the same thing, $ 15 cheaper and received bigger portions. Plus this place is dirty as hell.

If you are wondering what S & N stands for, I’ll tell ya: SHYTTY & NEVER…again! When this was 360, there was always a long line and never a place to sit. Not at this place… total tumbleweeds. But hey, I was already here and decided to give them a fair shot. Here’s my synopsis: o The guy at the counter? Total unqualified pr! ck. o Food? Screwed up bland nasty old slop. o Bathrooms? Worse than an outhouse in 103 degree weather, at a country bumpkin county fair. Total-flippin-disgrace! UGH!

I’m not sure exactly when it happened, but 360 Gourmet Burrito is gone. In it’s place is a lookalike S&N Burrito. Giving it a shot, after standing in the REI line for well over an hour, my family and I decided to give it a shot. We had steak burritos(one regular and one kid sized) and a chicken burrito bowl. I give it a solid A-OK. Not the best, and not bad. For this type of fast food Mexican, I would prefer Chipotle. Neither one is authentic, to be sure, but Chipotle tastes better. Better yet, I’ll go to Rubios for a fish taco. Will I be back? No, likely not.
