Vallejo Tire and Wheels

I don’t recommend this place. I have purchased used tires for my truck here before, and wont go back. As a repeat customer I expect some «compensation» However, the last couple times I have attempted to purchase tires at this place I walk out. Asking price for used tires is way out of line, and when I offed a realistic purchase price, I was yelled by the Indian shyster, I felt like bitch slapping the Indian Fukk. Word of advice, when a sales guy (Indian shyster) tells you «You will not find a better deal in the world» walk the fukk out, before you actually get fukked.

Not what I thought. =(after I bought four tires was told they were not new. They are all used! ASK! Before you get suckered ASK! And go to American Tires instead!

First of all, there are many other tire shops you can go to up and down monument blvd. the owner always tries to hackle and rip you off with overpriced used and new tires. No customer value at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone, rude owner and unreasonable price. Like I mentioned if you are around Concord area and need to hit up the tire shop go anywhere else but vallejo tires and wheels, because you will regret it afterwards.

Good place to get a deal on tires. Plus they are open on Sundays so that’s a huge plus. Also bring cash, they are willing to negotiate a bit on price if you do.

I drive a green Mitsubishi with 18s. I went to Vallejo Tires because ive had good experience with them in the past.

Being fairly new to the area where there are several businesses providing tire/​wheel services, it was a no brainer to go with Vallejo Tire & Wheels. I was able to get a very good deal on a full set of brand new Cooper tires for my truck well below retail. All it took was a little negotiating and cold hard cash.

For the first time in along time I decided to get new tires on my vehicle. Normally I get just what I need and even if it’s four tires they would be very good used tires. But the tech who was very informative and friendly convinced me. He was very good and took pride in his work. He spoke to the owner for me who came out and spoke with me quite lengthy. So for a really great deal and excellent customer service its worth going by Vallejo Tires.

I got a great deal on my tires here for my Mercedes. I was quoted 300 dollars more from a tire shop down the street for the same exact make and model. Tony was a fun guy to talk to and the waiting room was nice and cozy while I waited. Very happy with my experience.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Today I went there because I had a nail in my tire and this was one of the shops that was close by. I wanted to see if the tire was patch-​able. When me and my boyfriend got there, there was only 1 car being worked on and 2 guys there. The manager approached us at first and told us to bring the tire in so they can look at it. We brought the tire in and the manager just went in his office and was on his phone. Or he was walking around. We must have waited 20 minutes waiting in the HOT HEAT and no one even looked at the tire yet so we decided to just leave and go to Aguilar tires in the same plaza. My boyfriend went to go get the tire and the manager walked out from his office saying «Where are you going?» And he said we were going to take our business across the street. He replied saying «No we are going to look at it any minute now» and took the tire and FINALLY started working on it. So then we waited and a minute later he said it was not fixable! I was so PISSED! And then we ask how much a tire is and he said $ 65 and we asked if he had a used tire and he simply said NO. HE DID NOT EVEN CHECK!. We then went to Aguilar tires and the guy there said he would try to patch it and see if it would hold! I RECOMMEND AGUILAR TIRES! Vallejo Tires and Wheels manager did not even TRY and patch it. He simply said it was not fixable!

DO NOT go to this place the guy is a greedy crook! he sells defective tires and when you confront him on it he doesn’t seem to understand english very well, he tried to charge me to replace a leaky tire he sold me the day before and tried to make it look like it was my fault! HE IS A CROOK!

They just saved my life-​paid $ 35.00 cash for a used Pirelli tire-​called around to several places including, Les Scwab, American Tires, Ace Tires, etc. etc-​Either they didnt have my tire size in stock (which is weird since it is a common size), but the chepaest for a used tire was going to run me $ 60.00-wtf?
Anyways we hopped in the car and strted driving around Monument figuring we could find some hole-​in-​the-​wall tire place that would sell us a cheap tire and sure enough we spotted Vallejo Tires.
There was still a lot of tread on the tire and the owner «Tony» was very hospitable to us-​bring cash-​we didnt get a receipt so you know how that goes, but if I make it to work tomorrow and for the next two weeks til payday than it was more than worth the $ 35.00!

I’ve used this place a few times over the years and they have always done me well. Were else can you get a cheap used tire put on for $ 40 mounted with stems and they always have good tread on them. It’s not as fancy as some of the other shops, but that is just fine by me. Tip– Cash is king

I am in search for a used tire so i look up my yellow page and find this tire shop sell used tire and they are closest to where i live so i decided to call them and give it a try
On the phone i have told them they size of the tire i am looking for and the person i talked to told me that they have the size i needed. Also it will be $ 30 mounted and balanced.
I was excited and went straight to the shop right after i put down my phone. Once apon my arrival, i told the person that i was the one who’s called him about 20 mins ago. He looked at my flatted tire and check the size again then he told me that he doesnt have the size i needed, he said i told him that i need a size 16 inch tires instead of my size 15. I was like, no i did say it;s 15 inch not 16 inch. Then he searched his inventory agan and luckly he found the size i needed.
After he put the used tire on my wheel, he found out that i needed a new valve stem too cause the old one is leaking. So i asked him how much would it cost to put on a new valvue stem, he said $ 10. I feel like its a lil bit pricey but i have no choice but tell him to replace it.
After he install the new value stem. He put the tire in his water bucket to test if there’s any leaking. Then he asked me to drive the car in so he can put the tire on my car. At this point he just put on the new tire without balancing it .So i told him that its ok i will put the tire on later myself.
There is Wheels Works next to my work so i drop by my tire there have them check balancing the tire for me and i asked them how much they charge for valve stem. The guy told me normally only $ 3-​$ 4
Since i know the people at wheel works so even if i get another used tire from Vallejo tires i will just probably pick up the tire from them and have it install at Wheels works.
At lease the guy work there at Vallejo is nice thought but for the money and service they charge me is over priced.
