The appraisers cover primarily the Contra Costa and Alameda County areas, however do have expertise in the surrounding counties of Solano and Napa.
History
Established in 2002.
Warden Appraisal Service was started by Timothy Warden who has been appraising in the area since 1984 and had been working in the field of real estate since 1978. His co-owner, Justin Wayne, joined the company in 2004 as a licensed appraiser and became certified in 2011. Their combined 40 years of experience in the real estate industry provides for accurate, impartial, and reliable appraisal services.

I entered the real estate business in 1978 when I became a licensed agent. In 1982 I got my broker’s license and worked with Better Homes Reality until 1989 when I began working for Property Sciences as an appraiser. I was eventually promoted to Vice President and the Branch Manager of the Walnut Creek branch. In 1990 I became officially licensed when the licensure program was instated nationally. From 1994 – 1998 I was the Senior Review Appraiser for the Northwest Region (Washington, Oregon, California, Utah, Nevada & Montana) with Ford Consumer Finance (now known as The Associates). in 1998 I moved to Real Property Valuation Services Inc where I was the Senior Review Appraiser and the Office Manager before becoming a Vice President. In 2002 I decided to start my own real estate appraisal firm and have been working here ever since.
