mr. willbrand basically told me i had many ailments do recieve ssi benefits. after losing the first battle my wife had to remind the office to appeal. the date on the appeal paperwork was the day after my wife called. in the meantime his office lost my medical paperwork and i had to get it again. the appeal was shut down when we went to court. this all went on for over 4 years. i finally recieved a letter addressed to me asking if i wanted to appeal only it was written to someone else. im confused as to what he’s done to truly help. at this point i realize that he’s not interested in helping me. however if i find another attorney, willbrand will still demand his cut after his office has left me completely stranded. im very disappointed. i hope he will help me. I’ve lost everything.

John Willbrand is a very efficient and effective attourney. We had nearly given up on SSI for my son who is autistic. How Social Security gets away with making people wait two years, I will never understand. John knows the law, he is calm, and very compitent. Great SSI lawyer knows the system well, and also knows the judges in oakland. hes very framiliar with the process and professional about it. He will prepare you for the hearing by asking you questions and getting you ready. He took care of all the paper work and talking 15 mins and we were finished at the court house. Great guy who has children with disabilities as well so he understands and has good insight about his clients and can relate and ‘Level’ with you.
