Zackry Cooper and his team are simply AMAZING!!! I recently was trying to purchase a home and needed to get financing. I first called Bank of America because I had a home loan with them years ago. The broker that I worked with was very nice and got me pre-​approved quickly. That is where the good experience with BofA ended. The broker subtly began hinting that pre-​approval didn’t mean that I would actually get funding from them which was very confusing.
Then my best friend told me about Zack and his team. She had worked with Zack on several loans and even recommended her sister to him. I called and spoke with Zack. I explained that BofA was giving me the run around and told him about the complexity of my loan/​credit situation. He agreed that my situation was complicated but assured me that he would be able to help me. He then passed me along to his team member Jon Bridge. Jon was great! He worked very hard on my paperwork through the holidays and made it clear that pre-​approval meant they had a loan for me.
Following my pre-​approval, I was passed on to Jordan Navarro to help with the processing. Jordan was fantastic to work with!!! She was so professional, easy to get in contact with, and put me at ease.
During my time working with Zackry’s team, my broker from BofA called and said that, despite the fact that I had been pre-​approved for my loan, an underwriter decided they were not moving forward with funding.
Thank God I was already working with Zack’s team!!! They never pulled any funny business like that and now I am a home owner. It feels great and I am extremely grateful.

Zack and the team at home street were the best. Right from the start they made my wife and I feel very comfortable with what can be an overwhelming process. I am a real estate broker and Zack has been my go-​to mortgage provider for about four years. He does what he says he’s going to do when he says he’s going to do it.

Zackry Cooper called me today, right inside the time window I gave him, to discuss options for my wife and I to purchase a home. He was very informative and made me aware of certain financial risks related to the properties I was interested in. As Zack became aware of our full story he determined that another financing option would be best for us, and it did not involve him at all. It wasn’t that he and his team were not qualified or capable to take care of us; rather, he saw a better opportunity for us and pointed us in that direction. He assured me that he and his team were willing to work for us to get pre-​qualified for a home but he recommended and option that was better for our situation even though it would not put any money in his pocket. Zack’s honest and selfless approach to business that has the clients and their future first on his priority list is a characteristic that can be hard to find these days. It gives me great pleasure to take the time to write this review for Zack and his team, with a special mention to the dedicated Monica and Angie and team! My husband and I had an opportunity to get into our dream home… We had a large bank woo us and distract us with the «opportunity» to get a loan with them. They dragged the process out for over a month, keeping us on the hook with the line that all was going smoothly and on track. They charged us for an appraisal and then at the VERY last minute denied us. We almost lost the house.
