Olympic Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing

About 8 years ago they were recommended to me to fix my a/​c. They installed something they called a «booster» to make it cooler I guess. Charged me almost $ 200. A month or so later my a/​c quit altogether… had another company come out and look at it and within a minute they said «Olympic was here.» They explained that Olympic installs these boosters that do absolutely nothing and my a/​c was beyond repair and that they don’t even make parts for it any more. After getting a second estimate I came to the conclusion that Olympic is worthless.

Tommy set up a morning appointment for Monday 7/​21, «be there by 11am & will call when on way». Around 11am the office called and said they would be there after 1pm! I explained that I could’ve worked this morning. «Sorry about that» she said. After 3pm when NOBODAY had come, I called again while the girl said she just spoke to Tommy & he would be there within 45 min. Hour later another tech Derrick showed up. Very nice, could only temporarily repair the leak from a/​c condenser unit until a drain pan that would fit could be made. I called several times for update/​confirmation that the pan was on order since I knew the repair was only temporary & didn’t my ceiling to continue to be damaged. NEVER recevd a callback even after the home warranty place called them & asked for follow up. Got Tommy on the phone Thurs ⁷⁄₂₄ & he was expecting the part tomorrow… I heard the leak last night above the ceiling & concerned it would start to overflow again, called OLYMPIC at 9:15…the office took my # & stated she would «Call right back», they are just gettimg the guys out. I told her my concern and that I just wanted to get an idea of when I could get an appointment.
It’s after 11am & surprise — no call back.
H O R R I B L E customer service — so disappointing when a local business can be so unprofessional.
