The White Pine Café specializes in fresh cooked, traditional Southern food. We offer a hot bar every day at lunch with two entrée choices and a large array of sides and salads. This option is available throughout the day until it sells out. Or choose from our full menu of sandwiches, entrees and salad bar with homemade dressings. Desserts change frequently. Nice selection of beer and wine. We are open for lunch Sunday and Monday and for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Friday.

History

Established in 2015.

One of the owners of the White Pine Café, Dean McGee, grew up around the restaurant business. His father and uncle owned and operated the White Pine Restaurant in Conover, NC for 50 years. McGee opened his café along with partner Larry Simmons in May of 2015 and continues a family tradition of fresh cooked Southern food served in a casual atmosphere.
