Doug and his staff are as good as it gets. They are honest about what can and can not be done. He lets you know what you are facing and then does everything in his power to get the best possible outcome for his clients. His advice is invaluable in getting the best court decision. Would not recommend. Does not follow through with what he claims he is capable of doing. Once your payment is received, you don’t hear from him. His office maintains very poor communications. He definitely drops the ball.
