We were flooded and came to the hotel emotional and distraught. Denise was so kind and caring and helpful. The hotel was lovely, the bedding comfortable. We were so appreciative!

Booked wrong location and would not help rebook at correct location. Rude and unhelpful staff with no management on property and it was only 5:00 pm.

This hotel was an adventure! We checked in after midnight and got into our room even later. The room was decently sized and clean but when we went to take a shower we couldn’t get cold water! You read that right, only hot water! We called the front desk which was no help, didn’t even offer to switch our room. The next day we had to argue w the manager about why this was unacceptable for a hotel! We did end up switching rooms the next day but that was because our door stopped working. What a disappointment from a Marriott! Please buy your maintenance staff the tools they need to fix the plumbing issues!

I was a guest at this Hotel on 6 Nov 2014. There were only 2 Handicap Parking spaces in front of the hotel and both were taken. Found a space close enough. It took over 10 minutes to check in with 2 Front desk clerks and only 2 guests ahead of me. Not a very friendly or efficient staff. The room was nice, clean and well furnished, however it is a new hotel. On check out I noticed (and paid) a $ 2 environmental fee that was NOT on my confirmed rate. Good morning coffee however I did not try the breakfast. Next time I’ll drive just a few more miles and stay at the Courtyard.

Very nice, new property and a welcome break from some of the hotels just 10 to 20 miles south that cost the same but are pretty rough. I go to Houston often for work and the hotels in Houston that are in the $ 120 to $ 150 range can often be pretty scary.
What a relief it was to stay here for the last night of my most recent trip down to Houston. I asked for the «quietest» room they had available and they were able to upgrade me to a larger room at no extra cost (probably wasn’t a crowded night for them). The room was very clean and well appointed. They had a free little «happy hour» from 5pm to 7pm with wine, beer, sodas and some sort of rice dish. In the morning I enjoyed their breakfast which was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast. They also had fast, free internet! I was able to stream Netflix to my iPad with no problem.
Really the only two complaints have nothing to do with the property itself but the location (which I’m sure is why it has good room rates). First, there really isn’t much up this way in terms of good restaurant options. There are a few chain restaurants across the highway and more selection just south of Spring but as far as options near the hotel it’s pretty scarce. Two, it’s definitely a good haul north from Houston but I was headed back to Dallas the next morning so it just made the drive that much shorter.
I’d definitely stay here again with no hesitation.

Got in after midnight. Late night staff was very kind and accommodating. We weren’t expecting such a comfortable bed. Room was great and smelled like it had just been cleaned. Breakfast staff got a bit overwhelmed and food refills took quite some time. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel! Comfortable beds and reasonable prices seem hard to come by. At least that’s the way it seems for me lately. We had a king suite that was a good size for my wife and 2 kids. I would have preferred a separate living room so my wife and I could stay up later without the light bothering the kids but those type of suites are hard to come by. All in all… nice, modern, comfortable, good value.

Executive suite very small. Bathroom is not next to bedroom but on the other side of the living space. Bathroom poorly lit. Towels scratchy. It is clean.

Nicely updated rooms. I know some prior reviewers suggest that the TVs are CRT’s. However, the TVs in 2013 are now all very large flatscreens in Hi-​Def. Very good quality. The beds are very comfortable and I enjoyed the bed linen. The comforter was very lightweight. The bed was soft and it didn’t hurt my back. I have bad back and stomach problems after a c-​section around 16 weeks ago so I know comfort and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was great. I normally skip breakfast at the hotels. I tried it once. I had eggs with salsa and a cinnamon pastry. They use Borden milk. It was delightful. The towels were my only complaint. I didn’t have enough but I asked the clean up for some towels and they kindly obliged to my requests. The pool and spa were also very nice we went swimming around 11pm through Midnight. We stayed for a total of three days. It was one of the more pleasurable hotel experiences I can remember.
Rooms are spacious and the wall outlets are built into the lamp/​desk area. The room is controlled by a wall thermostat which turns on a windowed unit. It was nice and cool in the Texas summer. 5 stars.

An almost brand new property a few miles north of The Woodlands right off of I-​45. Everything is clean, fresh and new. Comfy lobby for having a quick conversation and/​lor sitting to wait for those who take a little longer to get ready.
We experienced a moderately inconvenient reservation issue (had to switch rooms twice to get the ADA accessible room we were guaranteed in our reservation). The staff was helpful in supporting our needs, but I wish the issue wouldn’t have occurred to begin with.
Decent free breakfast. Texas-​shaped waffles! Good coffee.

if you are palnning to use the internet you are out of luck! The WIFI connection is VERY slow and after telling them about it nothing happened. the staff is a-​ok. It is clean and rooms are nice. AC is pretty load. the staff is not too friendly. the fitness room is nice. Price is not bad but because of the Intenet I do not think i will stay there again

Nice new and clean place. Good for the price. The wi-​fi connection id VERY slow and after telling them about it nothing improved. The breakfast is hot, but not quite what you get at a Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast sandwiches are better than the eggs and coice of sausage each day. The lady that tends to the kitchen area does a very good job.
Overall, nice clean place, smaller rooms, slow wi-​fi, smaller thin scratchy towels, and so-​so breakfast.

), beautiful newly appointed rooms, VERY comfortable beds and bedding, and very nice attended breakfast (the lady overseeing the breakfast service EVEN made a round through the dining room with a fresh carafe of coffee for refills — a FIRST for a hotel breakfast… GREAT JOB!), could not ask for anything more. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Worth the few minute drive north from The Woodlands for this wondeful hotel.

Rooms are quiet — in-​wall A/​C (which I normally hate) was VERY QUIET. Nice! Beds are soft and comfortable. TV’s are old CRT style — the furnishings could do with an update.
AM breakfast is free — not a full hot breakfast but an expanded continental. Hard boiled eggs for protein — waffles for those who wish to make them.
Overall, very good service, comfortable room, nice location.

Very enjoyable stay! The room was more than big enough for myself, my son, and my mom. More TV channels than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and a very nice flat-​screen on which to watch them! Breakfast was more than adequate. The indoor pool was a treat for my son. Less than 10 minutes from the Cynthia Mitchell pavilion and tons of restaurants and stores. It sets off the road so it’s a little difficult to get to, but once you find it you’ll be glad you did!

Room was very clean and neat, staff was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast had plenty of healthy selections. A steal for the discounted price I paid.
