History

Established in 2005.

Storage 105 began over 10 years ago and is now the second largest storage facility in the State of Texas with over 1200 units. Jack saw a great need in Lake Conroe for secure, well maintained, and affordable accommodations for boats as well as other belongings at the time he purchased the 32 acre tract. It just happened to be the same property his children played on as they were growing up in Lake Forest Falls.

Jack started Storage 105 & Mail Store in 2005 and it is the second largest storage facility in the State of Texas with over 1,200 units. Behind Storage 105 sits Poplar Business Park, also owned by Jack. The business park began 4 years ago and is home to The Lone Star Honor Flight, which consists of WWII and Korean veterans. They started gathering at Storage 105 during the flights, sponsored by Montgomery County citizens and businesses, for the Greatest Generation to visit their memorial in Washington, D.C. Stop by on Wednesday mornings to sit and have coffee and donuts with our local heroes.
