They said they would arrive in 25 – 35 minutes but they took 1 hour and 5 minutes. When they finally arrived they informed us they couldn’t pick the lock because we have smart locks but they didn’t think to ask us this over the phone. And they still charged us a trip fee despite not even attempting to unlock our lock.

Do not use these people! They will quote you one price over the phone then tell you 3 times the price when they come to your house! They wanted to charge 3 times what a typical locksmith would charge. Total scam!
