White Oak Apartments

All I can say, is when I moved in, I loved it… they seemed to genuinely care about their residents. They were so prompt with their service, and always nice when I came into the office. Boy, was I ever WRONG!!! When it came time for me to move out and get my final account statement, they boldly lied to me, and wouldn’t adhere to any of the agreements which had been previously made. I honestly can’t explain my charges, and I have ALWAYS been refunded my deposit. I was truly disappointed in this complex, because like I said, they actually seemed to care at first. I have never been spoken to in such a rude, insubordinate and condescending manner in all my time of doing business with apartments. Also, the quality of residents drastically declined in my time of being there. They are clearly accepting applicants who should not be renting apartments, and the front security gate was ALWAYS broke it seemed. Oh, and did I mention, the night drop for rent is no longer available because they had people repeatedly stealing rent payments. Let’s not forget, both my boyfriend’s car and mine were vandalized. This is my first review to ever write, but I felt that people interested in this complex should know what they could potentially be getting themselves into. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone.
