History

Established in 1999.

Larry Meeks, my uncle, started A + Safe & Lock in 1999. I have worked with him over the years, so when he was ready to retire in 2011, it was a natural fit for me to move into the leadership. We have slowly grown in recent years to a team of 3, 2 of us being full time technicians. While we have always offered Commercial, Safe, and Residential services, we have expanded more deeply into Automotive services in recent years by acquiring the equipment to originate transponder keys, proximity fobs, and remotes.

Business Owner

I have worked in the Locksmithing industry for a good part of the last 15 years. I started as a teenager under the instruction of my uncle, who then owned the business. I purchased the business when he retired in 2011.

My favorite aspect of the business is safe servicing and opening. I also enjoy Commercial and Institutional locksmithing and master key systems. We have several School Districts and industries on master key systems throughout north central Arkansas. The convenience of a customized master key system and the peace of mind that accompany proper key control are invaluable in these settings, and I enjoy helping people reach these goals.
