Specialties
Breakfast and lunch are what we do, and Family friendly is who we are. When Eggs Up Grill was hatched, it cooked up a family recipe for success.
History
Established in 2008.
In June 2008, we began construction on the first built-from-the-ground-up Eggs Up Grill franchise location. We opened the Conway Eggs Up Grill on September 29, 2008 and had 141 guests dine with us. It was a great day.
Prior to opening, we went through the whole rigorous Eggs Up Grill training process. It takes a lot of hard work and repetition but it’s really critical to being successful.
Meet the Business Owner
Danny B.
Business Owner
I’ve been in the restaurant business pretty much my whole life. I started working at TGI Friday’s in Pittsburgh when I was 20 years old. I’m still a pretty young guy, but when it comes to the service industry, I’ve put in what I like to call many «restaurant years.» It’s kind of like Dog Years. I worked hard at TGI Friday’s and built my career from the bottom up. In 2005, I was transferred to a TGI Friday’s in Myrtle Beach where I managed several stores. With experience as a general manager and training instructor under my belt, the next step for me was to become a director of operations and run 10 TGI Fridays. At this point, I decided that it was time to go into business for myself.
