Since they are nation wide, I decided to buy my tires there. One never knows while traveling and my require tires on the go without being tsken advatage of. Great tires value! Worked out so well both my kids bought their tires too.

Great, honest, friendly service! Reasonable prices. Helpful, knowledgable staff. They will discuss recommended repairs, but they’ve always been accurate and haven’t pushed any service on me. On more than one occasion, the mechanic has gone out of his way and spent extensive time dealing with the miscellaneous complications my older car now has. He has even driven to local auto parts shops for materials needed to extract seized bolts and has replaced parts broken in the process of repairs (likely due to preexisting wear and the ridiculously tight configuration of mechanism components on so many import cars from the 90s). On any of these occasions, they could have cheated me by charging for extra work or lied and said they’d found additional broken components. Instead they honestly tell me what happened, educate me on what had to be done, show me what was done, and never charge me more than the initial agreed upon price. Trust these people for any of your routine maintenance or repairs!

These guys are always helpful and have never tried to upsell me on services I didn’t need.

Took my car here for repairs because frankly I had no choice. I had a firestone credit card and didn’t have any cash to take it anywhere else. Took it in to have it checked out and for a oil change and to find out what was causing a noise. They said I had a coolant leak (which it turns out I did) and that I needed a new water pump. So I paid 500.00 for the water pump and they also said the noise was being caused by a bad ball joint and I needed to fix that as well. So that’s another 275.00 due to them also having to align the car when fixing this so I said Ok. Get the car home, and I notice a leak coming from the front left side of my car and wouldn’t ya know it was coolant. Now when I took my car in there, there were no leaks at all in my cement drive way but as soon as I get it back, leaks. And that ball joint that was supposed to fix the noise in my front end, DID NOT. The exact same clunk noise is there when i get on bumpy roads. So they did nothing but make my car worse except for the oil change and water pump. Plus they said I needed another 2000.00 worth of work and another mechanic told me i didn’t need half of that crap. Don’t trust these crooks.

When I went to pick up my car they said they had done a _​_​point courtesy check on my vehicle. (Which was impossible since they had only had it for 20 minutes while it was on the rack getting new tires). One of the recommended items that was checked. was a cabin air filter. I had just replaced the filter two weeks ago. You have to disassemble the glove compartment to get to it.
In addition to the air filter, they had $ 1,100 in recommended service items from their «through» check of the vehicle.
The irony – the quote over the door from the founder, Mr. Firestone, was about honesty.
