i’d love to do business with these folks, as they have been recommended to me by others as good and reliable, but the simple fact is i am unable.
i have called them at all times of day. they never pick up the phone, and they don’t have voicemail. this is something i can’t deal with for a plumber. if my pipes are exploding, i need to be able to get in touch with someone.
bottom line: they need to join the 21^st century.
