Tiny (or Tony?) was super nice! I was a little apprehensive since I’ve never used a tow service before especially without my dad, boyfriend or other male family member around but Tiny/​Tony was very nice.
It took a while for the tow truck to get to me but that’s ok. The driver was nice, conversational and patient. There was no awkward silence. He even stopped at the bank for me to get some cash so that I wouldn’t have to use my credit card. When he dropped me off at WalMart’s tire and lube center he waited around a while to make sure everything was ok before he left.
I think I will continue to use this service (hopefully I never have another two tire blowout) but if I do I’ll call them!

When my car broke down on Route 40 on a cross country trip, my Subaru representative sent Jim Smith Wrecker service. The driver, Tiny, was very kind and professional. I was feeling pretty anxious but he put me at ease and reassured me. He took me to a nice, new local hotel where I was able to manage service to my car and for the rest of my trip home to the East Coast. I was able to reach the owner by phone early the next morning and arrange for him to drop my car at the dealership. What a relief to be treated so well by strangers who don’t know me. Thanks Tiny and Sam, the owner.
