I really enjoyed my first visit here. There was no long wait for a table. The service was great and everyone was friendly. The food was served hot and very fresh! I so loved it. Thank you to the staff for making it a great Father’s Day dinner experience

I love their chicken pot pie I’ve had it 3 times so far on different occasions and it’s always been delicious! Their pies are even better I tried an apple and it was to die for! Super friendly staff great prices and spacious parking this place never ceases to amaze me!

I feel like giving this place a 5 just for the bread alone! So fluffy and warm and delicious! With the whipped butter!!! Damn you O’ Charleys!!! They have free pie on Wednesdays. I have tried their burgers and their ribs. Both are very good. But that bread is so delicious, that’s the main reason I keep going back. Trust me, go try their bread and you will be addicted! I also tried the«tater tot fondue»(tater tots with a side of sour cream and cheese with bacon), pretty good. But their bread!!! Their bread is so damn good!

Worst dining experience ever. I decided to take the wife to dinner at O Charley’s for Valentine’s day, after waiting 45 min. to be seated and over an hr. to be served we were informed that the kitchen had run out of the prime rib that I had ordered. This, mind you, was only after my wife asked our waitress if she had forgotten about us.

#151 How do I make this review applicable to the poor areas in the correct places, without giving the wrong impression of the good parts? I will give it a try: Yes, it was the night before Thanksgiving, and all through the town… yada, yada, yada; however, O’Charley’s was open. I even jumped out of the car and ran in to ask could we dine there before my mommy parked her car. I worked in the industry at one time and I fully understand the whole, «Let’s get the heck outta here as early as possible» thing – I never want to irritate hard workers, we could find something else if needed. The hostess told me, «Yeah, we’re open,» with a shrug and a sigh. I noticed the bartender look up at me and roll her eyes as well, giving me the impression that she either hated me or her job, or maybe even both. However, the place was packed, as if it was the the only restaurant in the area open. So, I really did not feel badly about bringing in the family. We had a long day at the GA Aquarium and had some sleepy little people with us, some hungry big people and we had also done a tiny bit of shopping too – we were really hungry. We waited for a table for about 10 minutes, which really is not that long at all in a restaurant with no tables; yet, O’Charley’s had about 20 open tables, and no one else waiting to be seated, so WTH is the wait all about? In any event, it finally happened, we received a table from the disgruntled hostess. My impression up to this point was not the best. Then, things turned around. Steven approached our table and greeted the kids with a Donald Duck voice and made everyone laugh. It is funny how the smallest gesturers can overcome any obstacle. Steven took such wonderful care of us I almost forgot about the rude hostess and bartender for the rest of the meal. We ordered several drinks to begin and a chicken appetizer for one of our guests who was so hungry he was at the point of ‘hangry’ if you know what I mean. They tenders came out with sauces and were hot and delicious. Next the main dishes: Two different BIG Chicken Salads Mac n Cheese with Mini Corn Dogs New Orleans Style Cajun Pasta Hush Puppies The food was great. Steven continued to supply excellent service and even shared some stories with us, making us feel at home. One major reason we stopped here was the fact that last visit to ATL we came here and the food and service were great, this visit, it was really only Steven. I will say this – the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, the bartender and hostess had massive attitude problems, and other employees began to carpet sweep/vacuum right where we were sitting; but Steven was so pleasant and the hush puppies were divine, I feel as if those items saved the«night before Thanksgiving.» Thank you Steven. Stephani Does Not Smile for O’Charley’s :( Stephani Does Smile for Steven ;)

I was very disappointed with the Conyers O Charley’s today. I made a reservation two days ago for 12 and they didn’t have the reservation down in the front desk, just in the back. Twenty minutes later they put our tables together and we were seated. Then they got the orders all wrong. Only 3 were right. After finally getting our orders, we waited an extra 30 minutes to get our bills. We were there for an hour and a half. Food was good is the only reason they got a star. Service was the worst I’ve ever had!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Got my food before I got my drink and I waited 47 minutes on my food and that was after I started timing it. I asked to speak to a manager and after a 10 minute wait I was told the manager had to leave. Worst of all, the drink I never got was still on my check. What a joke!

I have been to O’Charleys s few times and I enjoyed the food every time. The waiters are very friendly and pretty attentive. The only complaint I may have is that the food comes out slow. However when you get it it’s good. Portions are a good size and there are a lot of choices on the menu. All in all it’s a good place to dine

I haven’t been to O’charleys in a long time and it was nice to see the new décor. We came in during the dinner rush so we expected the hour long wait for a group of 12. After we got seated, it took like half an hour just to get some bread meanwhile every table around us got some. We were starving and some bread would have been nice if we could have gotten it earlier. I ordered Fresh Cut Salmon and got the salad and rice pilaf as my two sides. My fish and salad was good. My friend got the Catfish dinner with a loaded baked potato, another friend got the half rack of ribs and the other the new spicy bayou shrimp pasta. They all thought there meals were good and satisfying. Although one of our table mates got the prime rib that looked and tasted bad. It looked like a old sorry piece of meat. The loaded baked potato was awesome and my salmon wasn’t too bad itself. What I didn’t enjoy was my rice pilafs appearance, very bland looking with herbs or spices, although its taste was alright. My favorite part of any night is dessert and I love to get the brownie, with all its yummy toffee bits and gooey chocolate with a nice big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Always get the brownie, although I heard the peach pie is good, so I’ll try it next time. At the end of the night when paying the checks, our waitress got our tickets messed up but she was a good sport and kept a smile on her face.

What I love about O’Charley’s is the rolls. I can never get enough of them and I don’t even have to add butter. So when my boyfriend suggested O’Charley’s I wasn’t opposed. After all, I knew one thing on the menu I would be pleasing. Heck if it wasn’t for weight management issues(bread clings to my thighs), I’d eat it all the time. We decided on the fried pickles for appetizers, they were a bit salty but good nonetheless. He ordered the 8 oz Prime Rib and I had the Fresh Cedar Planked Salmon. Both were pretty good as our plates had very few morsels remaining. All in all O’Charley’s was what I expected. The waitress made a few errors but nothing too major. It’s definitely one of those places to pop in and out of when you’re hungry and anything will do. I’ll be back. Those rolls have me hooked.

Wonderful experience! As I write, remember that O’Charley’s is a chain so your experience may be different at another location. But at this location we had a great experience. I enjoyed the Cowboy Sirloin for a second time. The combination of peppers is mixed well and the flavor is fabulous. My wife chose the Louisiana Sirloin and It was fantastic — she gave me a bite and caused me to second guess my selection! The bacon cheddar mashed potatoes are a perfect compliment to that Cowboy Sirloin — resist the urge to substitute! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention our server, Garrett. He made the experience very good and was exceptionally personable — and his smile was enough to light up the room! In my opinion, this is a can’t miss if you find yourself hungry in Conyers — and ask for Garrett!

Brought in a group of 23 people for a wedding rehearsal supper. They set up the room into a long table for us, and one waitress. I was worried. Demetria was an excellent waitstaff and was everywhere at once. WOWEXCELLENTSERVICE. good food, my prime rib was cooked medium rare and my wife’s was well done; both just right. Salmon on a plank for the groom was perfect and the fried catfish was awesome. When it was time to pay, I was surprised at the reasonable prices. In Houston, it would have been 50% higher. The best part of our meal; our waitress Demetria was THEBEST!

Calamity of errors. First we had a large party complete with my loud mouth sister, her loud mouth friend, and my VERY loud mouth cousin. So I wasn’t shocked to see us seated in the back of the restaurant. However this was a closed section and we were then forgotten but one waiter not in our section made sure my special needs nephew got some mac and cheese so props to him for being so kind. After an hour my sister flagged down management for drink orders and they kindly gave us appetizers for free. I felt bad for management because like I said most of my party was loud and demanding. Finally drinks were brought and food ordered but this is where they lost stars. My niece’s drink glass had dried ketchup down the inside of the glass. This was quickly replaced. Then they refilled my tea complete with a dead bug floating in it. Not to happy at this point. Then water starts pouring all over my neice the moment it starts raining outside and the waiter admitted the roof leaked there. So why two stars instead of one? Because they discounted our meal, dealt kindly with my demanding family and were very nice to my nephew that’s special needs. I would have given them 3 stars but I can’t click A-ok to dried ketchup and dead bugs.

Choose O’Charleys over Outback in Conyers(I-20&GA-20) because it was Sunday and we had a craving for Prime Rib. Wish we went with our first choice after our Sunday night dinner with O’Charleys. Server was new(Taylor) and had a difficult time of taking our order. When our drink order arrived the beers were poured a bit short(posting photo on Facebook) and when we pointed this out Taylor seemed unconcerned. Guess she figured it was the bartenders fault and gave it no further fault. Ron came out(I assume he was a Trainer) to tell us they only had ONE bake potato left and ask if we would select another side choice. Who runs out of potatoes??? This is a restaurant that specializes in Steak and what goes better than Bake Potatoes with Beef? And this was around 500pm. Ridiculous. Finally I give Taylor my credit card to pay for the meal and she comes back with my bill, but with another customers credit card. After a few min’s Taylor comes back and instead of handing back my card, she took both credit cards and disappears for 10 min’s. She returned without apology and finally gave my back my card and(to her credit) gave me a voided receipt. I have placed a temporary hold on my card till we can see a proper billing by O’Charleys. Not once did a manager come by to acknowledge our bad experience with the simplest of an apology.
