The Tool Box & More

This is a locally owned hardware store. When I walked in the door, I felt like I had stepped into another era. (A Dukes of Hazard era?) I have a feeling they don’t make a huge profit here, since it is run by very charitable folks. They have all the basic tools you might need, but not the fancy brand names. They sell vintage style metal signs, some auto supplies, and red neck hats. The shops owner’s daughter runs an animal rescue, and she will bring in a different dog every day, in hopes that it will be adopted by a kind customer. We actually drove out here to pick up our newest family member! We also got a set of socket wrenches. If you need a basic tool, try out this salt-​of-​the-​earth shop first.
