Worst customer service ever. I’ve given this store numerous chances to redeem themselves after our first terrible experience, however, they continue to hold to their name & offer horrible customer service. Many of the employees we’ve encountered are clueless to our needs, rude, and very rarely have we left with anything solved. We already have their service, all they have left is to offer the consumer customer service — yet, they are far from that. It is a very frustrating experience if you care to visit this location.

I think it’s probably standard with wireless stores to wait a half hour or hour, but there are plenty of comfy chairs, sports on TV, etc & the staff were patient & fantastic.

Got sent out to this store from another one to have my girlfriend’s phone repaired. We waited for roughly an hour which doesn’t factor into my review, sometimes you gotta wait. We finally got called up and started working with a «technician». He took the phone and tried a few things, plugging it in to a computer, but nothing super involved. After 10 minutes he basically told us he had no idea what the problem was, and that he would have to send it into the repair facility which would take 2 weeks. Obviously my girlfriend wasn’t havin any of that. We left with the phone and I finally started to think about what might be wrong with the phone. I had an idea so that night I hooked it to WiFi and updated the software, boom! Brand new phone working perfectly! This was like beginner level repair and it totally stumped a person working at a repair center for these problems, nice effort!
