I worked with James Perez. No pressure, outstanding service and follow through. The end product exceeded my expectations for quality and value.

Did not receive my drives as promised by the day promised and when they arrived the «Pantone matching» on my proof was not what was delivered. After complaining about it, I was sent new drives with the color match I wanted… just 4 days after I needed them. The plus side to this company is their rates are the lowest I found, the only company that offered the black on black swivel design and my customer rep and his manager did all they could to eventually get me drives I was happy with. The downside is the manufacturing company they use. Is based in China, so communication because of the time difference isn’t speedy and they’re the ones that knowing shipped me drives that didn’t color match the proof I received and approved. Now that we have the color resolved, when I need to reorder, I would probably use them again.
