Terrible experience at this shady shop! I saw a vehicle that was exactly what I had been looking for listed on Craigslist for $ 12,000. I called the shop to ask if it was still available. They said it was, so I hopped in my car and drive 30 mins to look at the car. When I got there, I took a quick look at the car and said that I would like to test drive it. The saleswoman said that they would need to run my credit before I could test drive. Really? I told her that if that was the case I was not interested. Before I left, she reluctantly agreed to let me test drive the car as soon as the dealer plates came back from someone who was on another test drive.
While I waited I asked for a carfax report on the car. Another salesman would have to pull it up from his computer because the saleswoman couldn’t do it from her computer. No problem. 30 minutes later, still no carfax or dealer plates.
While we waited for that, the saleswoman asked me about what I would be putting down so we could figure out financing options. As she started calculating the numbers, she was running numbers for a $ 14,000 list price! I told her that the car was advertised for $ 12k and even pulled the ad up on my phone to show her. She tried telling me that if I put down $ 2k, then I would only have to FINANCE $ 12,000. I couldn’t believe it. The ad clearly stated «LIST PRICE: $ 12,000.» They would not budge on the $ 14,000 price tag. What’s more, they acted as if I was being unreasonable trying to get the car for $ 12k, saying that it was worth much more than that.
I ended up leaving without ever seeing a carfax report. HUGE waste of my time. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. It’s amazing to me that they are still in business.

Saw the car I wanted advertised on Craigslist which directed you to their website. I called them and they said for this particular vehicle I needed to make an appointment. I found it weird since this was a used car lot. Showed up an hour late but I did call to let them know. When I showed up the vehicle was not there. The vehicle was never there. Not to waste time I had them give me a quote on my current vehicle. Decided that I really liked the vehicle and would give them an other opportunity to show me and sell me this vehicle. Being that I am driving an hour out about to drop $ 16 000 cash on a vehicle you would think they would find a way to keep the car on the lot for 3 hours. Not possible when the owners wife us using it as a daily driver. Today was the final draw on my way out to see the vehicle they call me and tell some bs excuse that the owner of vehicle has to take baby to the DR. I was livid at this point since I am about 15 mins away. Then the guy seals the deal. Sales associate tells meYou know this vehicle is a salvage title. If I knew that before I wouldn’t of wasted 3 days of my life trying to purchase a crashed salvage title vehicle. Maybe flood who knows. They also own a body shop so buyer beware of all vehicles in this lot. Very unprofessional used car dealer, god knows what kind of schemes they brew up in the auto body dept. Thats why the place is empty and no one has reviewed this shit hole. That tells you the amount of customers driving right by this dump. You would think they would treat you better when trying to sell you a salvage vehicle as a good condition used car. Over and out.
