History

Established in 1985.

I had been the controller for a Taco Bell franchise that owned 30 Taco Bell Franchises in the Dallas Fort Worth area. One day I was told I was being replaced and a client that offered me free office space if I handed their business. At this time, I had only been married a short time and my wife was a stay at home mom. We had two children: Age 4 and 2 and were short on funds. I went out on a limb and jumped the opportunity. That was 30 years ago. I love what I do, HELPING people with PROBLEMS. My clients all are unique and its wonderful helping them.

I thought accounting would be a good stable job. I had just got out of the Marine Corps, after a four year enlistment. No one in my family had been to college. I did not have a clue what to major in, but I had heard mention of a CPA, while in the Corps while a court-​martial reporter. I thought that might be a good job. So I went to school and got a BBA in accounting. I was the first one in my family even to enter college.
