Customer Service sucks! Anxious to get your sale and sell you an extended warranty only to not cover anything! A few months after a $ 3k sofa purchase that had a clear manufacturer defect they refused to do anything, and the extended warranty wouldn’t either since it was too new. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store… NEVERAGAIN! Stay away!

We recently purchased a peidmont couch from Havertys and although so far, we love the couch, the sales experience was not so great. They never offered us the protection package and then when I called to find out more information, I was told it was too late and there was nothing I could do. Our sales rep then proceeded to tell me that it was just a break down in communication. I then received an email that a ticket had been opened for me by a sales person at Havertys. They wrote that I had been offered the protection package and declined at time of sale. This is just ridiculous. I understand mistakes happen but to lie about it is just unacceptable. We will not be doing business with them again.

I’ve been to this location plenty of times but there is only one visit that I truly remember. I was in the store with my family looking for an office style desk. There was an associate showing us around the different options. He presented to us a «writers» style desk that was dropped down to a lower rate. We noticed some cosmetic damage and asked if there was any possible chance that we could get a lower price. He said, no but continued to show us how great the desk was. I’m not sure what he was trying to show us when he grabbed at one of the long slender legs of the desk but when he did the leg snapped right off the rest of the desk. He frantically called for help and one of the movers(I’m guessing) came out and was very upset with the sales associate. The worker said he would be able to reattach the leg. We asked once more if the price could be lowered because the sales associate broke off the leg and all. He still wouldn’t budge. A leg was snapped off of the desk and he wouldn’t even bother to ask a manager if the price was negotiable. I mean, I guess I understand because I wouldn’t want to tell my manager that I broke the product we were trying to sell but c’mon! It’s alright though. I got a good laugh out of the whole situation.

I’ve been awaiting for a beautiful chair to come down to the price I could afford and Anton was wonderful enough to keep his eye on it and call me with updates. Well today I purchased the chair… and cant wait to pick it up. When you go definitely ask for Anton! He will take great care of you! Would love for him to be blessed with more business due to the great care he gave me!
