The food is as good as any other Schlotzsky’s. The service is mediocre, at best. My family and I went in to eat lunch yesterday. I ordered a sandwich with extra meat, and paid for extra meat. It didn’t seem as if any extra was put on the sandwich and asked to speak with the manager. He wasn’t at all engaged in the discussion and at one point walked away while I was talking with him (it wasn’t a heated discussion at all, just normal dialogue). When I asked him why he was walking away he said he had other things to do. UNBELIEVABLE!!! That’s how you treat your customers??? We’ll take our business elsewhere.
Update: Schlotzsky’s responded to my review, apologized, and offered a free meal if I wanted to come back. Very nice of them. Updated the rating to 3 stars from 2.

So I want to provide an update on this location since the last time I was here. Almost immediately after my last comment about being overcharged, the social media manager sent me a message to inquire about the details and I explained the situation regarding my Unilocal coupon. A few days later he followed up on the issue with an explanation and offered a complimentary sandwich, chips, and drink for the mishap. I came here to apply this offer; the cashier and manager looked skeptical but they honored it. I want to thank Zach for the immediate attention, quick follow up, and resolution.

I’ve been to this location several times now, and every time I have been very pleased with not only the staff’s friendliness, but the quality and quanity of food served.
Although, today was an exception — A GOOD exception!
I ordered the BBQ Chicken and Jalapeño 10″ pizza at the drive thru; not only did it take little time be ready, but I just opened the box and was stunned at the amount of chicken and jalapenos on it! Outstanding!

I just got a free sandwich for checking in! What a great deal! Schlotzskys makes the best sandwiches and their cinnamon rolls are out of this world! My wife loves the broccoli cheese and I like the ham and cheese with avocado. You can’t really go wrong!

First, let me say I LOVE Schlotzsky’s! But this location has given me frustration after frustration. The drive in is speedy, but you better check your order before you leave — I’ve been given the wrong chips, no chips, once I even was given a Cinnabon instead of my sandwich.
Someday I may give them another chance, until then I’ll just get my fix at the location on Round Grove in Lewisville on the weekends.

this is the fastest fast food drive through i’ve found aside from wendy’s. i love that i can get a sandwich or soup or salad in no time at all. the employees are always very friendly and helpful. inside is very clean as well for dine in.

I’ve been twice and both times were a disappointment. Lettuce was wilted and meat was greasy (the second time i threw away the lettuce and squeezed the meat between paper towels)
Employees didn’t really seem driven to do a good job.
I hope this location gets it together, as i really like Schlotzsky’s.
(BTW, this review was months ago, I didn’t realize I hadn’t posted from the computer)

It has been a long time since I’ve been to a Schlotzksy’s — used to go 2 – 3 times per week a long time ago when they first opened in Chicago. Their main selling point is the bread, which when fresh, is really good. Jalapeño cheese bread is my fav. This location is decent — clean, friendly staff, sandwich was good (bread a bit stale though). If you are looking for an offbeat option, give this chain a try.

I loved the check-in deal I got and I was really impressed with the food. So delicious! The employees were very friendly, great atmosphere, really awesome interior. Definately the best decorated fast food chain locations I have been to.

I’ve been waiting for this outlet to open for months! Finally, on the Friday before Halloween, I drove through.
First of all, plenty of good sandwich choices. I picked the French Dip one. Turns out, the little container with the dipping «jus» was exceedingly well designed for carry-out. Not a drop of it leaked out. Amazing the things engineers can design.
Tasty? Check.
Hot? Check.
Fresh? Check.
Ample serving size? Check.
Value for the money? Check. No wait, cash. =)
And there’s a Cinnabon built right into this location. So, dessert-wise, it’s a win-win!
