Town Center Floors

We had approximately 600 square feet of hardwood, 500 square feet of carpet, and 3.5 inch baseboards installed by Town Center Floors. The process was wonderful from beginning to end. Consultative selling, great installation team, and very fair pricing (less expensive than Empire Flooring and another local flooring company). If you need flooring for your home, I highly recommend calling them for a quote.

We recently had new carpet put in and could not have had a better experience.
It’s a mom and pop store who are very knowledgable about their products and are more than willing to work with your budget. Amber did a great job helping us pick out a color based off of house pictures and Carl educated us on padding and durability.
The turn around was extremely fast and the installation crew was very hard working and friendly.

Town Center Floors just finished redoing two bathrooms for us (new floor tile, regrouting tub surrounds, sealing). They made what were two cookie cutter spaces into beautiful custom-​look bathrooms.
Amber was a great source of information as far which tiles/​colors would work well in kids’ bathrooms, and she was so patient with me as I spent hours looking over all the gorgeous tile samples in their showroom.
Carl was very efficient in terms of laying out the scope and timing of the projects. When we decided to do more than originally planned, he just went with the flow and adjusted accordingly.
The guys who did the work were always prompt, polite, and made extra effort to keep the noise to a minimum. I told Carl this was by far the quietest crew I’ve ever had in my house.
And finally, the plumber Carl recommended (Robert) did a fantastic job changing out the shower and tub fixtures. I now have a new «go-​to» plumber.
I could not be happier with the whole process and will definitely go to Town Center Floors when it’s time to do my master bath.
