History

Established in 1991.

Mike and I have listed and sold houses in the Ft. hood area since1991. We worked for 8 years for a large firm in Copperas Cove until the owner sold her business. We opened up our own office in the year 2000. From here we developed our Property Management services in addition to listing and selling homes in our Ft. hood communities. We have grown to 16 employees and 12 Realtors who operate as Independent Contractors. We work very hard to provide excellent customer service. We have won many awards through the years which are displayed in our office and serve to provide proof of the many years of service we have provided and continue to provide. Our EXIT Franchise has kept us on the forefront of technology and continually provides trainiing so we can correctly position ourselves in the new wave of technology. You will find our office to be warm and friendly and willing to provide Texas size service!
