RisingSun RV Copperas Cove, Texas A+ ! great company to do business with. Honest, dependable and professional. RV was fully functional and ready to go, all tanks (water, fuel, propane etc.) full. We made the 250 mile trip to the coast with 3 kids under 7 and 5 adults without any pit stops. With the self contained onboard generator we had the freedom to stay right on the beach, no need for reservations or additional fees to rent in RV park. Joseph was very easy to work with, he even answered his phone on a Saturday evening. Operating systems fully demonstrated and explained, both renters and owners responsibility explained in detail. No surprise charges upon return. Highly recommended.

We recently had the pleasure to rent from RisingSunRV.
While all other RV rentals treated us as «yet another customer», the RisingSunRV owners (Joseph Sr. and Joseph Jr.) took special efforts to connect with us. This was our first time renting an RV, and we were clueless about what all to look for.
Joseph Sr. took the time to explain and answer all of our questions in details over the phone. Extremely patient individual that provides thorough and not just off the sheet replies.
On the day of getting our rental out, I was greeted by Joseph Jr., An extremely patient and thorough young man. He took the time to explain all the RV operations to me. He knew we were first time renters. And gave us all the «heads up» about usual mistakes that a first time renter could make. He also assured us that he was just a phone call away, in case of any problems.

I wouldn’t even leave one star for this business but that’s not possible. I rented the large bus RV for my fiancées late husbands 4 year Memorial Anniversary Run that his mother and we do down in the Valley (Mission Texas) about a 7 hour drive in an RV. SSG Bradley Espinoza was KIA 19 OCT 09. My fiancée and I have 6 kiddos between us. I have 2, she has 2 and we have 2 babies together so we thought an RV would be great for the trip. Boy were we wrong! On the way down the RV would turn off going down the interstate. I would have to wait a few min before it would start back up and be able to go 30 – 40 more miles. Once we got to Bradley’s mothers house by the grace of God, and 8 hours late we had already missed the opening ceremony of the run. I called the owners and let them know what was going on. For two days I spent trying to diagnosis this rv and fix it for them but couldn’t. I looked like nothing but greese from head to toe. On Sunday after numerous calls and waiting to figure out what the owner was going to do to get us home because our kids had school the next morning he finally told me around 5pm that himself and his son were going to bring another rv and come get us. I totally didn’t agree with this and just rented a van and went home. The owner left the RV in my fiancées mother-​in-​law drive way for a whole week before coming to get it. Once he came he tried to Repair it but didn’t make it far and it broke down on him and mother-​in-​law drove him around to parts stores. Not once did he ever offer her anything! Once he got the RV back to Copperas Cove a week later he accused me of breaking the windshield and charged my credit card another grand. Never refunding anything! Telling me that’s business! Yeah a business that won’t be around long!
