Found Chandlers on Unilocal and dropped in after 8am hand surgery down the street. Delicious and lovely people. Easy parking… Saturday Morning at least.

The place is cozy, but that adds to the charm. I had the Apple Chicken Salad Wrap, which was great. They added raisins to the chicken salad, something I had never tasted before but that I very much enjoyed. The staff is quite probably the nicest staff I have ever been met with in any restaurant. Super attentive, even with a million different things going on. Great food, especially for the price, and of course it’s walking distance from work, which means I’ll be a frequent flyer here. They also do delivery, which is very convenient.

This is a great lunch spot that you’d easily miss if you didn’t look hard enough. They have a good variety of sandwiches, wraps and soups. I had the honey mustard chicken wrap + chicken noodle soup. The wrap had good flavor but the chicken might’ve been a bit overcooked. The soup was excellent and tasted extremely fresh.

Love this place. One of the better places for lunch in the Gables. Service is always great with very nice people.

All the previous reviews are accurate. This little Coral Gables cafeteria is a hidden gem. Service is extremely fast and the food is good. I usually get the egg white with turkey wrap breakfast and you should do it to. It cost around 8 $ and includes café con leche. The only thing that drives me crazy about this place is that 1– you need to spend at least 5 $ for card transactions 2– the smell(not a bad smell), it just that once u go there u will smell like breakfast for a couple of hours.

I found this little place one day while dropping my dry cleaning off at the Zoom Locker next door. I love finding little hidden cafes like this. This is a great little breakfast and lunch spot. The prices are exceptional compared to other gables spots and they offer a great varieties of foods other than salads and wraps. I have had their Asian chicken salad, and I love it because it has fresh oranges and the dressing is light and delicious. I will say, I would give just a little bit more dressing because I usually need to ask for more. I went to breakfast the other day and it was totally empty which I LOVED. No Saturday brunch rush! My husband had the croissant sandwich and I had the special turkey eggs benefit on rustic bread: DELICIOUS! All of this with some fresh OJ. I have also tried their key lime pie with guava and it’s so good. I will definitely be going on the regular to try more items on their menu.

Wandered in off the street for breakfast. It was the first place I found near my hotel. No recommendation, no nothing. Totally random. sometimes I like to just go for it, and try a place out. Sometimes it blows up in my face, but not today! The ambiance is very quaint. Very small with only three tables in the place. The food, however has HUGE flavor. I sampled two dishes because I simply couldn’t decide. I settled on biscuits & sausage gravy and eggs Benedict with turkey and spinach. Forget it! It was all so good. I could rave about the eggs benny all day, but the b & g stole the show. I’m a southern boy, so I know me some biscuits & gravy. This was the real article. Delicious scratch made biscuits & fresh gravy with chunks of sausage. So many times, you can’t tell there is sausage in a gravy. Not this one! Delicious. Highly recommend.

I’m vegetarian and got the tuna wrap(great) but on the menu it doesn’t say you can make your own VEGETABLEWRAPS. And since the tuna wrap was amazing I wouldn’t doubt the same for the vegetable wrap. Vegetarian friendly you just gotta ask. The place is very small so it’s more so walk in and out not to eat on a date or anything

I really like this place. Great normal unpretentious lunch option in the gables. Small, cozy, friendly staff. Look for the girl with the Eve-style paw print tattoos. Wicked nice and gave some great recommendations. I got the chicken taco wrap which was great. Simple and fresh. Wrap plus chips and a drink was $ 8. Check it out.

If there is one thing I tell people when I recommend Chandler’s is «THEYAREREALLYFAST!» I work 2 blocks away and there is no other restaurant(well maybe Jimmy Johns) that delivers faster then them. That might not matter to many but for us who sometimes can’t step out for lunch, Chandler’s is a great go to. Well not the most amazing variety, their wraps and sandwiches get the job done. Their lunch specials include a sandwich, side and drink for a decent price. If you opt out from the drink you can get an extra side. Sides are actually pretty good — yuca, cole slaw, garbanzo salad, chips and I think potato salad too. I have tried their split pea soup and was very disappointed at how bland it was. While the service is great the food is just worth 3 stars. Never my first choice but if quick sandwiches and wraps are what you’re looking for then give this place a try.

If your looking for a place that offers a charming quaint ambiance and food that seems like it came from your Martha Stewart-like mom, then here it is. Each time we came here, my husband and I ordered something different and loved them all. I had today the avocado/tuna salad and the lentil soup, and my husband had the salsa chicken with avocado salad. Last time we had the tuna salad wrap and the pulled turkey sandwich. For under $ 10 a plate, you don’t leave disappointed or hungry! I think that calls for 5 stars.

«Not to be missed» foodie spot. Charming, family run. Great for breakfast, lunch or early dinner. Free local delivery. take out. for any meal but they’re open till 7 so grab something on your way home. Creative and yummy daily specials like Apple Barbeque Turkey Club, Pork Chop with wild rice, Mahi with avocado and rice. Amazing soups. I had Pumpkin and it was extraordinary. No dairy! Loved the rustic grilled cheese and flavorful garbanzo salad.

This is, hands down, our new breakfast spot. Other than at an abuelo’s house, where else can you find the perfect Café con Leche made with a smile? And, mind you, Chandler also prepares them herself, serving them to you in eclectic ceramic mugs, as if you were in her home. Also of note: the exceptional croissants and fresh fruit and crispy granola yogurt parfaits. I usually order the breakfast croissant sandwiches – delicious!

Does anyone who grew up in the 90’s see Chandler and not immediately think of Friends? Thoughts I had while waiting for my breakfast sandwich here. Chandler’s place is a nice, business-neighborhoody dive of a sandwich shop. The menu and corresponding Unilocal photos make it look more optimal for lunch than breakfast. The breakfast sandwich I had was only okay. It came with sausage, something monikered with a fancy name(Kielbasa?) that ultimately turned out to be more Oscar Meyer than Jimmy Dean, a bitter disappointment for a breakfast run. I remember the sandwich falling apart, because the sausage chunks weren’t going to hold steady in that type of environment. Coffee was as it was. That’s all.

After reading rave reviews, I had to come check out Chandlers Place. Tucked away in the city of Coral Gables is this hidden little café. As I walked in, I was instantly greeted and the started hearing some yelling. Usually this would bother me, but for some reason it gave this place a little charm. My fiancé and I ordered wraps. I chose the Chicken Taco Wrap and he had the Chipotle Chicken Wrap. Each wrap came with our choice of a soda and a bag of chips. Delicious & fresh! At first glance I thought my wrap would leave me hungry, but half way through I realized I was wrong. Definitely satisfied my hunger. I’ll be back to give another wrap a go soon! Mmm! ProTip: If you order the Chicken Taco Wrap make sure to use the spicy green sauce at the table for an extra kick!

Ever wondered what it would look like if a café, diner, lounge and a shoe box had a baby? I have. Chandler’s is the result. «Hi, welcome! Let me know if you have any questions!» — this was literally yelled at me soon after i walked in… she was 10 feet away. After skimming through the menu for a few minutes i finally decided on a southwest wrap and a slice of pie. So i yelled my order to the lady behind the counter who then yelled at the guy in the back(James?) who then yelled something back which i couldn’t understand. I’m 42% def, so I like it that everyone is so loud here. It was a Saturday afternoon and so wasn’t much foot traffic in this part of the gables. There is no TV or music playing in here so I sat back and studied the menu as I waited for my food. A few minutes later the counter lady is yelling out that my food was ready. It was getting to closing time for them so i took it to go. They have a lot of great sounding items on the menu, especially on the specials board, but i went with something ordinary. The wrap was thick and survived the 5 minute drive home without getting soggy and disgusting. It was good but I wish that the chicken had some seasoning — preferably something a bit of spiciness. For whatever reason i associated southwest with spicy. The pie was a mistake — both in conception and selection. On the outside it looked innocent and fun, on the inside it was full of disgusting raisins. Why would you do that? My fault for eating with my eyes. Either way, i could tell that better selection on my part would lead to a happier stomach. Now that I know where chandlers is hidden I’ll definitely be back to try something more my speed. It’s a very plain looking shoebox shape and sized place so I wouldn’t plan to dine in here. It’s a good choice if you’re in the area and you need to rip ‘n dip though.

Chandlers has a ton of great lunch options. Pretty healthy… Fresh and home made feel. Very quick delivery service. Great pricing. Everything I have tried I’ve loved. My favorite is half avocado turkey salad and the wrap.

I went to this place on a whim. I have always passed by it when I park to go anywhere in the gables but I had never stopped to check out a menu. I wanted lunch so I searched the area and voila Chandlers appeared. This was absolutely delicious. I had the half avocado turkey salad with the split pea soup thanks to previous Unilocal customers. The portion size was great. I was starving and it was just enough to fill me up and still have a little left over for later. The avocado was fresh. It was cut in half, ripe, and ready. In the middle space of the avocado was perfectly stuffed shredded turkey salad. Sprinkled on top of this deliciousness was something like crack but much healthier: bacon! And chopped tomatoes. It came with this vinaigrette dressing. The contrast of the avocado and slightly salty turkey salad was perfect. The soup was also delicious. Any place that places bay leaves in their bean soup know what they are doing. An essential flavor in any bean soup. I will go back for lunch very soon. Another excuse to visit my aunt in the neighborhood.

Great spot for a grab and go lunch in the Gables! I walked in and was a bit intimidated… Everyone seemed to know what was going on and there was a lot of yelling going on! Being a newbie, I quietly glanced at the chalkboard and tried to make sense of what was written between there and the other papers casually taped on the wall with specials. Eventually, I had to man up and ended up getting the California turkey wrap which the cashier was happy to explain to me. For my side, I opted for the yucca salad because it sounded interesting! There are a couple tables inside but this little hole-in-the-wall is a great spot to take your food to go. Within about five minutes, my wrap was in my hands! It was hearty and full of lettuce, avocado, turkey and some tasty dressing. I could have been content with one half but ended up finishing both because I never wanted it to end! The yucca salad was pretty good but I didn’t eat all of it, just so I could enjoy the wrap! Next time, I’ll save even more room for some dessert. This is a spot I definitely know I’ll be back to because their menu is full of tempting options. It doesn’t break the bank and you even get a water or soda with your order! I grabbed a menu to bring home with me that even included specials so next time I will be a little more prepared.
