History

Established in 1998.

Closet Factory was started by an engineer in 1983 who determined it was best to have heavy closet systems that were built like furniture and sit on the floor rather than what was being used at the time — systems hung on the wall. His view was that floor based systems also give each customer better flexibility with the ability to change the closet to accommodate the needs of the client when it is installed as well as the future.
