History
Established in 2011.
We opened our doors in early 2011 as the natural next step for the catering company Moca Flavors, which was formed in 2005 by Monica Rios.
Our name Green Table originates from our approach to ingredient sourcing and food preparation, we like to call it Green Table Cuisine.
Meet the Business Owner
Monica R.
Business Owner
Monica is a venezuelan born chef who obtained a summa cum laude diploma from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Married for more than fifteen years and a mother of three. Monica is a certified sommelier by the United States Sommelier Association. Although not a vegetarian, Monica has a passion for vegetarian meals and is a strict advocate for organic and locally sourced foods.
