JP brings more than 20 years of experience to IT Support Miami which he launched in 2001 — almost 12 years ago. He graduated university as an Electrical Engineer specializing in Information Technology (IT) Services. Areas of his specialization include: IT systems architecture and integration; hands-​on Microsoft, Apple and Linux system design, installation, management and repair; network architecture design, installation and management; web /​app design and development; software programming and database administration; IT security; IT consulting; and audit. His leadership at IT Support Miami blends hands-​on experiences with industry best practices and business process from many different Fortune 500 companies as well as state and local governments.
