As you are aware this post is completely defamatory and false. Not only have you Never stepped foot in my office but I neither have cameras nor video recording of any client in the lobby. You have posted this defamatory and malicious post in response to my and at the request of Adeline Quintero who was let go from my office after two days of work for excessive cell phone use and other reason. Demand is hereby made for you to immediately remove this post and his picture or I will be forced to hire a defamation suit against you for your lies herein
I trust no further action will be necessary

I will like to add that FREEDOM OF SPEACH is very much Alive in the U.S.A. and it’s is one of many parts in our great constitution that we all abide from. Furthermore, how would you know if I have or have not been in your office as you stipulated on your message? Is it that the cameras were not operating that day?
I have no issues with you madam I only have issues with your professionalism and if sharing on this site my personal opinions, and perspective views gets you upset, well that was not my intention.
As yourself being from Cuban decent you should no better to insinuate that I should in other words be GAGGED like the Castro’ s brothres régime has done to it’s people JUST BECAUSE I SPEAK MY MIND!
IN CLOSING; Mrs. Quintero as you pointed out being an employee that you terminated becouse of cell ohone issues can herself bring up the issue of False accusation, and defamatory just by you yourself using her name in that massage you sent and accusing her of something that woman had nothing to do with.
Please, let’s not shift blame to others and assume responsibility, by the way please spell and grammar check your posting.
I hope you will refrain from infringing upon my rights and deal with these constructive criticism in an appropriate maner, we are all adults here.

Awful! During consulting with Jacqueline she convinced me that she would extend my foreclosure process, collects my retainer fee of $ 1,000 and a week later tells me it’s too late. When I asked her where the case stood in court she had no straight answer!!! I knew because I myself logged into the court website and already knew, but to test her knowledge I asked anyways. Her answer «nothing has been posted yet» LIAR-​LIAR!!! Mind you this is after her making me sing a 10 page agreement where I signed my name to say I cannot ask for any type of refund. Get a second opinion with other attorneys before you hand her your money. I found her to be dishonest and will NOT RECOMMEND HER! Stay away from this law firm it’s a piece of garbage.

Unfortunately I would have to rate this office with one star. I opened a simple case with regards to child support and visitation schedule in early January. Both my child’s father and I agreed to the terms before even hiring her to represent me. No mediation was needed. It’s now August and there is still no final order signed by the judge. There seems to be no sense of urgency regarding my case and find it very upsetting that when I try to contact the office, no one seems to know what’s going on. Paperwork is promised to me in a certain timeframe and it never arrives. Jacqueline herself only found time to meet and talk with me on our initial visit which was when I paid the $ 3,500 retainer. This office has sent me other client emails by mistake and they just forward email conversation between the opposing party instead of contacting me directly to explain the situation. What I believed to be the easiest, fastest case has taken forever. The office wasn’t even aware that my final judgment wasn’t signed by the judge until after I notified them. In my opinion, take your hard earned money elsewhere. After a year of saving I wish I would of been warned about this office. I hope I can help someone else make a better choice.
