I completely agree with the review that felt this dry cleaner was overly pretentious. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The owner acted like he was doing us a favor by accepting our business. Just a bad vibe all the way around in the way the customer is treated. I believe the owner is knowledgable and means well, but he comes across as arrogant and needlessly superior. I don’t need that from a dry cleaner. The biggest mistake we made was not get the price when we left the clothing. We were shocked at the price. Men’s suits almost thirty dollars each. Men’s label mixed composition shirt, fourteen dollars. Women’s blouse, fourteen dollars. Way too expensive. Better treatment and better quality is easily found in other dry cleaners for way less. No thanks. We will not return.

OMG. A pretentious dry cleaner. Avoid completely. We got a coupon for $ 40 for being newcomers to Coral Gables, so i took 2 slacks and 1 blazer. Man! What a weird place. When I remarked that he was more expensive than anyone around(slacks were $ 12 and change, the blazer was $ 16 and change) the owner starts going on and on and on about how green he is, blah blah blah and finally tells me «this might not be the right establishment for you» I left the clothes anyway but asked to see what the total was going to be. After asking the owner 3(3!) times, he gave me a «quotation»(meaning a quote or estimate) because he «could not know what the final invoice was going to be». Jeez! What does he think he is? Really? A bleeping dry cleaner and he doesn’t know what the total will be? I took my clothes back, asked him to delete my account(an account! wow) and his remark was that«it was better for both parties». We have to put up with pretentious tweets all the time, do I really need a pretentious little dry cleaner? Nah!
