Horrible experience! save your money!!!
1. To start the driver never called me to let me know he was downstairs. At 10:50 we went downstairs to see if the limo was waiting for us. Since we live on a 21^st floor it took about 15 min to get all the people in the limo and we ended up leaving from my place at 11:15 pm.
2. The driver since the beginning had a horrible attitude and was very rude all night long. I don’t know if I can address enough how disrespectful he was to my husband and guests, not to mention what a terrible driver he is. My birthday was a «black and White party». I had to see my girlfriends getting drinks spilled on their beautiful white dresses due to the way he was driving. He even made sure to let us know he had nothing to do with MOVEO and that his «boss» was a different company and that if we had a complaint: Quote: «Go Call Eddie… I don’t care»!
3. The agreement was MOKAI Night club, a table waiting for us and 18 passes. The 1^st venue was changed to BAMBOO last minute (10:45PM). I had guests who weren’t riding in the limo waiting for us at MOKAI and who paid cover to get in. I hope you understand how inconvenient this change of plans was for me and my guests.
4. When we arrived to Bamboo the driver told us we would not get a bottle but ladies would drink free instead just by giving a code at the entrance. The bouncer laughed at us when I mentioned the code ant told us he would let us in but drinks were not included. I had to deal once again with my guests who were asking me about the bottle of champagne and the table. Very embarrassing.
