que porqueria!!! this place STAY FAR AWAY. We came here and needed a specific thing cleaned for my wife’s dress. We told them exactly where the problem was and they said they would do it. We come to pick it up and they said we never told them about it and that they could not do it. They charged us $ 80 freaking dollars for this dress to do nothing. Really terrible service, terrible attitude, and terrible price. Not worth spending any penny please go somewhere else.

Do not come here! Not only are the prices extremely expensive, but they did not get rid of any of the stains on my clothing. When I brought the same piece of clothing to another dry cleaners, the stains were removed normally. A few days later, I even realized that they did not return a few of my expensive items to me that I had dropped off with the other clothing.

If you want to over pay for bad service this is the place. 24 hr machine is broken 50% of the time, clothes are never ready within the three day promise time, no one will ever answer the phone or return your call, and one out three shirts will be wrinkled.

Horrible service! Was there today for 15 minutes and had to leave! Two women taking care of one alteration on a woman’s dress that they didn’t think they could fix! Never going back!

I’ve always had a good experience here! They’ve removed even the toughest stains! I had a dress once with acrylic paint on it and they were able to take it off with no problem. I just took another dress today I got in the mail with a rust stain! And voila! Gone!

Great experience at this place! Took my wife’s dress to get a rust stain removed. Upon my arrival I was greeted and helped immediately.
I was very surprised with the great customer service I received here. Out of courtesy they removed the rust stain free and also gave me a few pointers and tips on how to prevent this from happening again because the dress has jewels attached to it, hence the rust coming off from a few of them.
Not only did I feel very welcomed but pleased with their service. It’s hard to find places in this town where people are truly genuine and want to help and a simple thank you can suffice the cost.
I highly recommend this place as a home dry cleaner. They remove the toughest stains and provide the best customer service in town!

i joined Unilocal in order to write this review. This establishment is the WORST — not just dry cleaner — but business. In Miami. Which is saying a lot given the general level of poor service in this town.
I dropped off about $ 400 worth of cleaning a couple of months back. My husband picked it up (why? Because their hours are totally incompatible with work hours. For those of us that have jobs. Which would be … their mainstay business). A piece was missing. They wrote «missing skirt» on the receipt and gave it to him. He brought the receipt and cleaning back home. I had no idea which of the 10 skirts was missing at that moment. But I figured it out, and went back, receipt in hand, saying «the beige JCrew skirt is the one that’s missing.» Happy and confident that the mystery had been solved. But no, they didn’t give a crap. Only «the manager» could apparently authorize the employee to search for the skirt (seriously? Like run the rack and look for it???). She’d call me on Monday.
Yeah, right. Three weeks later I went back and this girl looks at me like I have three heads. «What skirt?» I ran through the whole story again. «Oh yeah» «But the manager says it’s been too long and we can’t look for it.»
Let me get this right. You lose my skirt. I — not you — I have to figure out which one. I go back and serve this to you on a platter. You, drycleaning business, cannot be bothered to engage in the most minimal of searches. Or even call me as promised. I’ve now made three trips to your establishment, am out the cost of dry cleaning this skirt, and have to deal with your sorry excuses? Seriously.
I said they’d just lost a customer. Her reaction? Shrugged her shoulders and said «so what?»
When these people go bankrupt I will throw a party. It won’t be soon enough for me.

Let’s just say these guys are not the coldest beer in the fridge.
I used to go here often a few years ago and was generally pleased, then I moved away for 2 years and recently moved back. I dropped off a load but since moving away misplaced my card to use the automated window. So I went in during business hours to pick up and get a new card. I had to wait for half an hour while they tried to find the clothes of the customer ahead of me. Finally, when my turn came the (clueless) attendant said they had no cards, to come back «mañana». Being naturally upset for the waste of my time, I asked for a customer care discount, which the attendant agreed to give for when I came back the next day.
The next day, surprise, surprise! The hapless attendant said that the manager would not honor the discount because — get this — I hadn’t been there in two years. Seriously? That’s because I moved away! Ever thought that people sometimes move? You should be thanking ME for coming back and being a loyal customer, not giving me a hard time! And the icing on the cake? The discount was for 15% on a $ 25 bill, or in other words, $ 3.75. So these geniuses rather have $ 3.75 in their pocket than a loyal customer indefinitely. Brilliant!
Okay Oxxo of Merrick Village, you can have your $ 3.75 and another dry cleaner can have my weekly business from now on. You’re not in Kansas anymore Dorothy (or in Venezuela, for that matter).

Please avoid this establishment. This used to be a well run business when I started going there a few years ago. It has taken a serious plunge for the worse since then. The pick up machine is broken a lot, and your clothes get stuck as they’re coming through the machine. Clothes routinely are not ready when promised. The manager who used to be there daily was very friendly and seemed like she cared. I haven’t seen her in a while and now the staff just couldn’t care less. Promises made are never kept. Bottom line, poor customer service has doomed this once-​fine dry cleaners. Like the previous reviewer, I can’t believe I kept giving them my business while problems went unresolved.

Oxxo left a great first impression, but it was all too good to be true. The convenience of dropping off and picking up without having to go inside sounded great. I was given a yellow bag with my name written on it and a card to pick up my clothes like an ATM. They say three days from drop off to pick up, but its actually four. Drop off any time Monday and they process it Tuesday, so pickup is Friday… well its supposed to be.
So far I’ve had about 8 large orders over the last two months, about 15 items at a time. They charge your credit card the minute you drop off the clothes. The first few times I went back for pickup, my card didnt work, machine said «no orders», so I had to wait until the next morning to go back and pick up. On two occasions, my clothes were dropped off and when I went inside to pick up, they were not ready. Once was on day four and they couldnt find my order. Apparently they tagged the clothes wrong and someone elses items were coming up under my name. They asked me to come back tomorrow so they could fix it and find all of my clothes.
The second time it was on day six. Some items were ready, so I was given part of my order, but had to come back for the rest. When I got the full order, there two shirts that did not belong to me. The girl at the counter said they have been missing those shirts for two months, but they were added to my order that day. Hopefully they were given back to the person who was missing them… Was that Adrian S??? On another pickup, one of the business shirts had a black stain on the cuff & had to bring it back to clean again.
By this point, I’ve complained and was assured that they will be more careful. They blamed «the new girl» who was ticketing things incorrectly. I’ve decided by now, that I will only drop off and pick up from once specific girl and will go only during her hours. Also, because I have seen them misplace other’s items, I am counting and keeping track of exactly what I drop off each time.
Yesterday’s surprise was the most unpleasant. I pulled a short black dress off the hanger and the sheer fabric was torn on the back around the waste stitching. Ripped right at the seem about 5 – 6 inches along the back. They didnt say a word when I picked it up, probably hoping I wouldnt notice & would think I did it myself. The dry cleaning tag is still on, so I will bring it back and try to have them sew it, although it seems unfixable.
The convenience of their location for me is not worth the problems. They appear professional, organized, and clean, but using Oxxo has turned out to be a total disappointment.

If you are looking for a sleazy, unscrupulous business to give your money to, this is the place for you. They lost my shirts, each worth around $ 200 (I don’t take cheap shirts to the dry cleaners). They claimed that I picked them up. I did not. After further investigation, they found that I had not picked it up and they assured me that they would make it up to me as soon as they spoke to the owner. At first, I figured these things happen and as long as they compensate me and help me replace those shirts, I will continue to do business with them. Weeks went by and they kept giving me the run around. In the meantime, I gave them more of my business. Eventually, it got to the point where they wouldn’t take my calls. I figured they were screening my calls when I tried to reach them 6 times in one morning and they never answered. So I called from another number and sure enough, they picked up. When I finally got the manager on the phone, she told me that she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do for me. They gave me the run around for weeks and continued to accept my business and my money and they never had any intentions of replacing my shirts. My only option now? To sue them? This is the problem with these businesses that just don’t care about their customers. They know that nobody is going to waste their time suing for 2 friggin shirts and they are too stupid to realize that it’s better to keep a customer happy than to save a few bucks and piss them off. Well, I hope many people read this review and opt not to go to this place. A dry cleaners that, if they lose your clothes, will offer no recourse. Good luck.

First and only time customer here…
Dropped off my clothes recently and was told I could pick them up after 5PM a few days later.
I came by and not everything was ready.
1) Thus causing me to make a 2^nd trip to their store… wasting my time 2) Noone infomred me that all of the clothes wouldn’t be ready. bad customer service 3) No compensation offered, not even an apology.
Flat out bad business. You just lost yourslf a customer, Oxxo (Don’t) Care Cleaners.

Ever since I switched to Oxxo from Dry Clean USA, there’s been an extra spring in my step. Gotta say that the Oxxo schtick of using no or few chemicals really makes a difference in the life of your clothes and how they feel and smell on your body. Another major plus is their 24 hour service. But not all Oxxos are created equal. The location on 8^th Street in Coral Gables is especially great thanks to the customer service you get from Edgardi and his team. At this Oxxo, the staff remembers your name and how you like your handled. And anytime I’ve needed rush service, they have graciously accommodated my requests.

Dear new neighborhood dry cleaners: Aside from logistics, I am truly happy to have you near. I love that I can pick up my clothes whenever is convenient for me, and that you are super keen on being green! I would have given you 4 stars, but to enter and exit your location is like a death trap. Thank god you have after hours pickup b/​c if not, I probably wouldn’t be back here.

It’s a fairly standard dry cleaning service, but points for the environmental angle and for having the ability to provide your items for after-​hours pickup via an automated kiosk.
