The workers need to be trained or retrained in making drinks. I got tired of asking them remake my drink, especially cuz they get too defensive and give me attitude as if I insulted them. Next time I’ll bring my coffee from home and just chill at this Starbucks cause I like the atmosphere. The drinks, not much

This starbucks is most of the time full. The lines are longer but not too long. the service is good, quick, polite. If you go outside you can sit on the 1st floor with a view on thd lake. There is not much room to sit inside Nd it is always noisy.

Starbucks with a view. Located at the University of Miami and connected to the Student Activities Center but has another entrance as well. To go to the restroom, go through the doors that lead you to the SAC, make a left, then another left, and you’re there. I always like coming early in the morning because it gets packed throughout the day. The staff is friendly and cool. Prices are a little more expensive though. Plenty of seating. Outdoor seating is great because you have a great view of Lake Osceola. Kick back, relax, and enjoy some coffee.

I avoid coming to this Starbucks on campus because the line is ALWAYS long. It is definitely a favorite among students. But when I have ordered a Green Team Frappuccino either the machine is broken or they do not have the ingredients, which is disappointing. Customer service is fine, I am always polite and friendly. I understand they’re busy all the time so I try to remember that when the wait time is a little longer than usual. They have outdoor seating and a study area inside the Student Activities Center(SAC) on the first floor past the double doors. This coffee is definitely better nutrition-wise than Einstein Bros.

The biggest perk of this Starbucks is its location. It is conveniently located near the center of campus, is close to other food shops, and it directly faces a beautiful lake. I love seeing the lake while I’m enjoying my coffee at an outdoor table or on the sections of lawn in front of the lake. The interior of the coffee shop is nicely decorated, and has plenty of tables, chairs, and sofas. The downside to this Starbucks is how busy it becomes at certain times. This can make it hard to find a table or get a drink when you’re in a rush. Lastly, the staff here are very friendly and efficient, and the quality of the food and drinks are high.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, but this relatively new addition to the U has treated me very well. Baristas are polite, quick, and efficient. I go here a couple times a week and have never had an incorrect order. In fact, I have gotten some free drinks as well due to mistakes being make on other orders or people leaving without all of their stuff! Regardless of the free coffee, everyone is very nice and I am always pleased with the consistently good product.

The baristas remember my order every day. They are great and very friendly. Sometimes the bagels can get dry after toasting, but otherwise I have no complaints.

If you’re a student at the U, this is a great place to meet with others to work on assignments or to study by your lonesome. The shop is brand new, and it’s open and airy. High ceilings. You can get lost in your work for hours here; I do. It’s a typical Starbucks in most other ways. The service is so-so; the offerings are the same as everywhere else(though maybe actually more expensive?); and the décor is the same as every other Starbucks you’ve been to. BUT the view is of UM’s Lake Osceloa, and it’s a beaut! The location and comfort of this place can’t be beat, if you’re a UM student. *If you need to go to the bathroom, you need to go through the glass doors into the main lobby of the new Student Center. Take a left around the info desk, then another left. Just be sure you ask somebody to watch your stuff!
