Edward P. Dabdoub is Managing Partner at Wagar Dabdoub, P.A. — a law firm dedicated to representing individuals obtain long-​term disability (LTD) benefits and individual disability benefits. Mr Dabdoub handles disability claims on behalf of clients entitled to long-​term disability benefits through individual or group disability insurance policies and appeals in the event insurance companies wrongfully denies disability benefits. He also has experience litigating lawsuits against numerous insurance companies including UNUM, Prudential, Northwestern Mutual, Hartford, Aetna, CIGNA (LINA), MetLife, Lincoln Financial, and more. Mr. Dabdoub also advises clients on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), particularly with respect to long-​term disability benefits.
